    Abstract: A voltage converting circuit, a voltage converting method, a gate driving circuit, a display panel and a display device are provided. The voltage converting circuit includes: a control sub-circuit and an output sub-circuit. The control sub-circuit is configured to output first conversion control signal to the output sub-circuit when input terminal of the control sub-circuit receives first voltage signal, and output second conversion control signal to the output sub-circuit when the input terminal of the control sub-circuit receives second voltage signal; and the output sub-circuit is configured to output third voltage signal when receiving the first conversion control signal from the control sub-circuit, and output fourth voltage signal when receiving the second conversion control signal from the control sub-circuit. Thus, the voltage conversion circuit can not only convert the first voltage signal into the third voltage signal but also convert the second voltage signal into the fourth voltage signal.

    Abstract: A new resonance-based wireless power transfer system is disclosed. The new resonance-based wireless power transfer system includes a power transmitter and a power receiver. The power transmitter and the power receiver are both oscillator-based circuits, but unlike prior systems, their resonant frequencies are different. The difference between the transmitter's resonant frequency and the receiver's resonant frequency is set between a lower bound and an upper bound to ensure that the new resonance-based wireless power transfer system will have only one oscillation frequency while maintaining high power transfer efficiency over varied distances.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a data transmission method and device configured to address the problems in LTE-U employing the existing channel access mechanism, in which poor channel access capacity is caused, and congestion between UEs in the same cell is likely to occur if multiple UEs cannot access at the same time. The method comprises: sending, by a communication device, a signal during a GP between a downlink subframe and an uplink subframe to occupy a current channel; and transmitting, by the communication device, data via the current channel. The solution provided in embodiments of the present invention has low implementation complexity, and can address the problem of UL having a poorer opportunity to access than WIFI, thus facilitating the implementation of MU-FDM and MU-SDM to prevent significant degradation of LAA performance and a waste of radio resources.

    Abstract: An electronic device may include wireless circuitry with antennas. An antenna resonating element arm for an antenna may be formed from conductive housing structures running along the edges of the device. The antenna may have first and second antenna feeds and multiple adjustable components that bridge a slot between the antenna resonating element and an antenna ground. Control circuitry may control the adjustable components and selectively activate one of the first and second feeds at a given time to place the antenna in first, second, or third operating modes. The control circuitry may determine which operating mode to use based on information indicative of the operating environment of the device. By switching between the operating modes, the control circuitry may shift current hot spots across the length of the resonating element arm to ensure satisfactory performance of the antenna in a variety of operating conditions.

    Abstract: In a NFV resource processing method and a VNFM, a first VNFM sends, without using an NFVO, a first resource request message for requesting a resource to a second VNFM connected to the first VNFM. When a resource of a target VIM connected to the second VNFM meets information about a resource that is applied for, the first VNFM determines, according to a received first feedback message, information about the target VIM that can reserve or allocate the resource that is applied for. A resource management network is formed between the first VNFM and the second VNFM, so that the interconnected VNFMs can perform resource processing. This process does not require participation of the NFVO. Therefore, impact on the network if the NFVO is faulty is avoided, and a distributed resource management manner is implemented.

By configuring the photosensitive layer, the scattering layer, and the UV blocking layer on the substrate, the scattering layer may be easily separated from the substrate.
