Abstract: A refrigeration device includes an outer frame box, a refrigerant system, a cooling liquid system, a heat exchanger and a fan assembly. The refrigerant system and the cooling liquid system are connected to the heat exchanger, and the refrigerant and the cooling liquid exchange heat in the heat exchanger. The fan assembly is configured to provide power for the flow of airflow in the outer frame box. The cooling liquid system, the heat exchanger, the refrigerant system and the fan assembly are sequentially arranged in the outer frame box along a flow direction of the airflow. The layout of the cooling liquid system, the heat exchanger, the refrigerant system and the fan assembly in the outer frame box is reasonable, so that the cooling liquid system, the heat exchanger, the refrigerant system and the fan assembly can form a compact layout in the outer frame box.

Abstract: An apparatus for processing ultrasound scan data comprises a processor configured to obtain three-dimensional ultrasound scan data for a volume including a region of interest in a subject, the processor is further configured to: provide the three-dimensional ultrasound scan data for display to the user by providing for display to the user a first two-dimensional view of the region of interest in a predetermined direction such that the first two-dimensional view intersects the first boundary; and upon receiving, via the user interface, a user input indicating a location of the first boundary in the first two-dimensional view of the region of interest, generate a second two-dimensional view of the region of interest corresponding to the slice at the first boundary on basis of the indicated location, and providing for display to the user the second two-dimensional view of the region of interest.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to absorbent articles including a first belt and a second belt, the first belt and/or the second belt comprising one or more frangible pathways. Each of the one or more substrates forming the belt has a material tear strength and the frangible pathway has a pathway tear strength. The material tear strength is greater than the pathway tear strength such that when a user tears along the one or more frangible pathways the tear propagates along the frangible pathway rather than in an unintended tear direction.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus for improving performance in a virtual meeting session in a distributed workspace system. One example of such a method includes acts of launching the virtual meeting session on a computing device of a first meeting participant, establishing a first connection between the computing device and a virtual meeting server, monitoring network latency conditions in the first network connection, upon determining that the network latency conditions exceed a predetermined threshold, selecting a proxy agent and establishing a second network connection between the computing device and the proxy agent, and establishing a third network connection between the virtual meeting server and the proxy agent to connect the computing device to the virtual meeting server through the proxy agent.

Abstract: The present application discloses a method for rendering a panoramic video. The method includes obtaining a current frame of image from a video source, and generating texture map data, where the generating texture map data comprises determining a viewpoint region based on a field of view of a perspective camera, and rendering image pixels outside the viewpoint region at a lower resolution than rendering image pixels within the viewpoint region; mapping the current frame of image to a three-dimensional image based on a spherical rendering model the texture map data; and projecting the three-dimensional image onto a two-dimensional screen.

Abstract: An infusion liquid heating and flow-velocity-monitoring system for clinical use is provided. The system includes a dynamic heating module, a measurement and analysis module for average velocity in infusion tubes, a velocity adjustment module, an alarming and automatic clipping module, a mobile-phone-computer remote monitoring module, an operable shared module, and a micro control module. A method of determining average velocity on a cross section of a tube according to a solution to Fourier series in a dynamic thermal dispersion equation of a steady flow in the tube is provided. Moreover, functions including monitoring infusion rate, automatic heating, monitoring whether infusion fluid in the infusion tube is empty, and automatic clipping and closing of the tube for preventing blood backflow, etc. are achieved. Lastly, specific applications developed which is connected with mobile phones by 5G network, Bluetooth and WIFI are used to display status of the infusion fluid.

Abstract: A system and method to determine and utilize a chronotype classification for a user. A chronotype classification for the user is obtained through methods such as a questionnaire. A waveform associated with alertness levels at different times is created based on the chronotype classification. The alertness levels from the waveform are displayed to the user on a wearable device.

Abstract: A method for generating a signed distance field image, methods for processing a text effect, a device and a medium are provided. The method for generating a signed distance field image includes: determining a target closed curve in an unsigned distance field image of target text, and drawing a target triangle; performing counting for pixels within the target triangle based on a drawing direction of the target triangle; determining that pixels having counting results equal to 0 in the unsigned distance field image are located in an interior region of the target text, and determining that pixels having counting results not equal to 0 in the unsigned distance field image are located in the exterior region of the target text; and generating a signed distance field image of the target text based on the pixels located in the exterior region of the target text, the pixels located in the interior region of the target text, and the unsigned distance field image.

Abstract: A method and apparatus that derives a curve of a mesh sequence from a frame of a video bitstream, the curve comprising a plurality of vertices; subdivides the curve by adding a plurality of subdivided vertices; calculates one or more displacement vectors between each of the plurality of vertices on the curve and each of the plurality of subdivided vertices on the subdivided curve; transforms the one or more displacement vectors to output one or more original coefficients; tracks the current frame with a previous frame to obtain a one-to-one correspondence between the plurality of vertices of the current frame and a plurality of vertices of the previous frame; predicts one or more coefficients of each of the plurality of vertices in current frame based on the one-to-one correspondence; performs entropy coding on one or more prediction residues; and encodes the one or more prediction residues.

Abstract: Disclosed herein, among other things, are apparatus and methods for neural network-driven frequency translation for hearing assistance devices. Various embodiments include a method of signal processing an input signal in a hearing assistance device, the hearing assistance device including a receiver and a microphone. The method includes performing neural network processing to train a processor to identify acoustic features in a plurality of audio signals and predict target outputs for the plurality of audio signals, and using the trained processor to control frequency translation of the input signal.

Abstract: A filter having antibacterial activity is provided. The filter comprises at least one layer of polymer nanofibers and antibacterial particles positioned on or within the at least one layer of polymer nanofibers, wherein the antibacterial particles comprise a quaternary ammonium compound grafted onto a surface of a metal-organic framework. Methods of manufacturing the filter and decontaminating a fluid are also provided.

Abstract: A speaker comprises a housing, a transducer residing inside the housing, and at least one sound guiding hole located on the housing. The transducer generates vibrations. The vibrations produce a sound wave inside the housing and cause a leaked sound wave spreading outside the housing from a portion of the housing. The at least one sound guiding hole guides the sound wave inside the housing through the at least one sound guiding hole to an outside of the housing. The guided sound wave interferes with the leaked sound wave in a target region. The interference at a specific frequency relates to a distance between the at least one sound guiding hole and the portion of the housing.

Abstract: The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a deep neural network (DNN)-based multi-target constant false alarm rate (CFAR) detection method. The method includes: obtaining target values to be measured based on radar IF (IF) signals to be detected, the target values to be measured including a measured frequency value and a measured intensity value of the radar IF signals; obtaining peak sequences based on the target values to be measured; generating a target detection result by processing the peak sequences based on a DNN detector, the DNN detector being a machine learning model; generating approximated maximum likelihood estimation (AMLE) of a scale parameter based on an approximated maximum likelihood estimator; generating a false alarm adjustment threshold based on a preset false alarm rate and the AMLE; and generating a constant false alarm detection result by processing the target detection result based on the false alarm adjustment threshold.

Abstract: A method for responding to a control voice, a device, and a non-transitory storage medium are provided. The method is implemented by a master device that communicates with at least two slave devices located in different orientations. The localization information of at least one of the slave devices relative to a wearable device is obtained, where the location information of each of the at least one of the slave devices is obtained based on location information of the wearable device collected by the slave device through a localization component. A target slave device located in a directly facing direction of a user is determined based on the localization information, where the user is wearing the wearable device. Instruction information is transmitted to the target slave device, where the instruction information is configured to instruct the target slave device to respond to the control voice.
