    Abstract: Ganoderma lucidum spore oil and use thereof in the preparation of anti-cancer-related fatigue medicaments are provided. The content of triglycerides in the Ganoderma lucidum spore oil is greater than 90%. Ganoderma lucidum triterpenoids are not detected. The Ganoderma lucidum spore oil is extracted by means of supercritical CO2, eluted with a silica gel column and a mixed solution of petroleum ether-ethyl acetate, concentrated under reduced pressure and vacuum-dried. The Ganoderma lucidum spore oil is highly effective in mitigating cancer-related fatigue, has good safety, and can be used in the preparation of medicaments for treating cancer-related fatigue.

    Abstract: A method for preparing a novel crystal form F of trelagliptin includes: adding a mediating protein into the trelagliptin to obtain a mixture, and introducing a mechanochemical action on the mixture for transformation of a crystal form of the trelagliptin to obtain the novel crystal form F of trelagliptin. The preparation method does not require any organic solvent and thus will not lead to an organic solvent residue to affect the safety of medication. In addition, the preparation method is less time-consuming than a solvent crystallization method, is easy to allow green industrial production, and has characteristics such as simplicity, high efficiency, safety, and environmental friendliness.

The method includes: introducing an organosilicon precursor into a deposition chamber, where the deposition chamber includes the substrate; generating at least one nitrogen-containing free radical in remote plasma; introducing the nitrogen-containing free radical into the deposition chamber; reacting the nitrogen-containing free radical with the organosilicon precursor to generate a polysilazane chain, where the polysilazane chain is deposited on the substrate and flowable on the surface of the substrate, thereby forming the flowable film. According to the method of this application, the polysilazane chain can be generated and flowable on the surface of the substrate, thereby forming the flowable film. The flowable film can quickly fill the voids or gaps, thereby avoiding the formation of permanent defects in the voids or gaps.
