    Abstract: A process is provided to fabricate a finFET device having a semiconductor layer of a two-dimensional “2D” semiconductor material. The semiconductor layer of the 2D semiconductor material is a thin film layer formed over a dielectric fin-shaped structure. The 2D semiconductor layer extends over at least three surfaces of the dielectric fin structure, e.g., the upper surface and two sidewall surfaces. A vertical protrusion metal structure, referred to as “metal fin structure”, is formed about an edge of the dielectric fin structure and is used as a seed to grow the 2D semiconductor material.

The method of forming a piezoelectric film includes (a) depositing a first piezoelectric film layer on a surface of a substrate by a first physical vapor deposition (PVD) process. The method includes (b) depositing a second piezoelectric film layer, on top of and in contact with the first piezoelectric film layer, by a second PVD process. A temperature of the substrate is (c) reduced after forming the first piezoelectric film layer and before forming the second piezoelectric film layer. The temperature is reduced by performing a process for a first period of time. Processes (a), (b) and (c) are additionally performed one or more times. Process (c) is performed for a second period of time. The second period of time is different than the first period of time.

The management application intercepts attempted transmissions from guest applications to locations outside the virtual guest. Secure data files are identified in the attempted transmissions and encrypted before leaving the virtual guest using the encryption keys. The management application also prevents any unencrypted data from being provided to non-kernel host processes that have not been previously identified as permitted host processes while allowing unencrypted data transmission from the non-kernel host processes to any of the guest application processes.

The PRACH preamble is associated with a preamble group indicating a configuration of the PUSCH. The preamble group has a size indicated by radio resource control (RRC) signaling performed by the wireless device. A message is encoded including the PRACH preamble and a payload carried by the PUSCH. The configuration of the PUSCH includes parameters for decoding the message. The wireless device couples communicatively to a base station using the PUSCH. The message is transmitted to the base station. The base station decodes the message based on the parameters of the PUSCH configuration.
