    Abstract: Semiconductor devices and method of manufacture are provided. In embodiments a conductive connector is utilized to provide an electrical connection between a substrate and an overlying shield. The conductive connector is placed on the substrate and encapsulated with an encapsulant. Once encapsulated, an opening is formed through the encapsulant to expose a portion of the conductive connector. The shield is deposited through the encapsulant to make an electrical connection to the conductive connector.

    Abstract: A display may include an array of pixels such as light-emitting diode pixels. The pixels may include multiple circuitry decks that each include one or more circuit components such as transistors, capacitors, and/or resistors. The circuitry decks may be vertically stacked. Each circuitry deck may include a planarization layer formed from a siloxane material that conforms to underlying components and provides a planar upper surface. In this way, circuitry components may be vertically stacked to mitigate the size of each pixel footprint. The circuitry components may include capacitors that include both a high-k dielectric layer and a low-k dielectric layer. The display pixel may include a via with a width of less than 1 micron.

    Abstract: A method for forming a thin film resistor with improved thermal stability is disclosed. A substrate having thereon a first dielectric layer is provided. A resistive material layer is deposited on the first dielectric layer. A capping layer is deposited on the resistive material layer. The resistive material layer is then subjected to a thermal treatment at a pre-selected temperature higher than 350 degrees Celsius in a hydrogen or deuterium atmosphere. The capping layer and the resistive material layer are patterned to form a thin film resistor on the first dielectric layer.

    Abstract: A method for drying a wafer includes a cleaning step, a liquid replacing step, and a drying step. In the cleaning step, a workpiece located in a process chamber is cleaned with a cleaning solution. In the liquid replacing step, a drying agent in gas phase is compressed to convert into liquid phase, and the drying agent in liquid phase is introduced to the process chamber to replace the cleaning solution. In the drying step, the cleaning solution is discharged out of the process chamber, and then the drying agent is converted from liquid phase back to gas phase and is discharged out of the process chamber.

    Abstract: A system to support validation and debugging of compiled low-level instructions for a machine learning (ML) network model on an ML-specific hardware. A compiler identifies well-defined boundaries in the ML network model based on primitives used to generate low-level instructions for the hardware. The ML network model is partitioned into units/layers/sub-graphs based on the plurality of well-defined boundaries. The compiler then generates an internal representation for each of the units wherein the internal representation is mapped to components in the hardware. Each of the units is compiled into a first set to be executed on the ML-specific hardware and a second set to be executed on a second computing device. The output results from executing the two sets of low-level instructions are compared to validate the first set of low-level instructions. If the outputs do not match fully, the first set of low-level instructions is debugged and recompiled.

The antenna apparatus includes a radiator, a first and a second impedance control circuit. The radiator receives and transmits a radio frequency (RF) signal. The first impedance control circuit is electrically connected to the radiator and transmits the RF signal. The second impedance control circuit includes an impedance matching circuit and an inductor. The first end of the impedance matching circuit is electrically connected to the radiator. The impedance matching circuit adjusts the impedance matching of the radiator and transmits a sensing signal. The inductor is electrically connected to the second end of the impedance matching circuit. The inductor transmits a sensing signal, and blocks the RF signal. Accordingly, the structures of the antenna and the circuit can be simplified, and the influence between the RF signal and the sensing signal can be reduced.
