The present invention in characterized in that the structure is simple, the operation is easy, sampling is carried out at a constant pressure to avoid damage to phase equilibrium and dissolution equilibrium of the systems, and a microfilter is used to ensure that a liquid sample taken does not contain hydrate crystals, so that experimental data has a relatively high accuracy.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for optimizing T1-weighted magnetic resonance imaging of infant brains. Firstly, T1 and PD maps of infant brains at 0-12 months old are collected to obtain average T1 and PD values of WM and GM of the infant brains, and infants are classified into three age groups according to the characteristics of WM and GM T1 values of the infant brains. Then, the theoretical signal strength of the WM and GM of the infant brains generated from a 3D T1-weighted imaging sequence is calculated through Bloch simulation, and a theoretical optimal TI scheme of each group is determined according to the simulated WM/GM contrast characteristics under different TIs. Finally, the theoretical optimal TI scheme is applied to a target infant brain according to the designated age group for 3D T1-weighted magnetic resonance imaging.

    Abstract: A time-resolved fluorescence and chromogenic dual-signal test strip for estrogen is based on the principle of immune recognition and fluorescence resonance energy transfer. In time-resolved fluorescence mode, estrogen-BSA-persistent luminescence particle complex is the fluorescence donor, and colloidal gold modified with estrogen monoclonal antibody is the fluorescence receptor, which is also chromogenic signal unit in the chromogenic mode. The photos of strips in both modes are obtained with smart phones. The time-resolved fluorescence intensity of the test strip test zone is positively correlated with estrogen content, and the chromogenic intensity is negatively correlated with estrogen content. The competitive time-resolved fluorescence and chromogenic dual-signal immunochromatographic test strips can accurately and quickly detect estrogen and estrogen-like compounds.
