    Abstract: The present invention discloses a minitype haptic rendering method based on active and passive devices, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, calibrating a magnetorheological damper and a direct current motor, and obtaining a relationship between an input current and an output torque; converting an expected force/torque value to a current input of the magnetorheological damper, outputting a corresponding torque through the magnetorheological damper, and applying the torque to a body of an operator through a haptic transmission device; secondly, measuring an actually applied force/torque by a sensor mounted at a force/torque application point, comparing an actually outputted force/torque value with the expected force/torque value, and calculating a force/torque error; and finally, converting the force/torque error to an input signal of the direct current motor, and driving the direct current motor to generate a torque corresponding to the error.

    Abstract: A multi-wafer stacking structure and a fabrication method thereof are disclosed. A first dielectric layer and a second dielectric layer are bonded to each other, a first interconnection layer is electrically connected with a second metal layer and a first metal layer via a first opening; a third dielectric layer and an insulating layer are bonded to each other, and a second interconnection layer is electrically connected with a third metal layer and the first interconnection layer via a second opening. Reservation of a pressure welding lead space among wafers is not needed, a silicon substrate is omitted, multi-wafer stacking thickness is reduced while interconnection of multiple pieces of wafers is realized, and therefore, the overall thickness of the device after multi-wafer stacking and packaging is reduced, packaging density is increased, and the requirement of thinning of the semiconductor products is met.

Embodiments provide for iteratively minimizing an objective function of a signal vector associated with a UMLS/UMQP problem expression over a set of coordinates of the signal vector to a convergence point. The objective function is minimized with respect to a vector element corresponding to a selected coordinate index, while other vector elements that do not correspond to the selected coordinate index are fixed. Accordingly, at each iteration, minimizing the objective function involves a solution to a one-dimensional univariate quadratic minimization. Embodiments also provide various coordinate index selection rules that include a cyclic CD rule (CCD), a randomized CD rule (RCD), randomly permuted CD rule (RPCD), and a greedy CD rule (CCD).

    Abstract: The invention discloses a durable super-hydrophobic fabric and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: soaking a fabric into a mixed solution of tetraethoxysilane and hydroxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane; taking out the fabric and then placing it into a closed container filled with a hydrochloric acid solution and above the liquid level of the hydrochloric acid solution; reacting for 0.5-2 h under the temperature of 30-60 DEG C. to give the durable super-hydrophobic fabric. The fabric prepared according to the invention has a water drop surface static contact angle of more than 150° such that the water drop is easy to roll on the surface of the fabric, and has excellent chemical stability and mechanical durability. In addition, the preparation process is simple and pollution-free.
