    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive an uplink grant that schedules a communication in a scheduled resource and that includes first transmission parameters associated with the scheduled resource. The UE may select, in response to the uplink grant being a soft uplink grant, second transmission parameters that include new transmission parameters not included in the first transmission parameters or include modified first transmission parameters. The UE may transmit the communication in the scheduled resource or a subset of the scheduled resource using at least the second transmission parameters. Numerous other aspects are described.

    Abstract: A method for measuring the diameter of filament diffraction fringes by frequency domain calculation comprising: building a set of diffraction optical path measurement system and capturing diffraction fringe images; determining the starting point of the imaging range; Simulating the electromagnetic field propagation process in Fraunhofer diffraction, and determining the optimal fringe range considering the noise caused by the difference in CCD sensitivity; Finally calculating the filament diameter by Fourier transform for different lengths of fringe. The final value of the calculated filament diameter is obtained by fitting an envelope to the variation of the diameter. The invention is simple in calculation and has little dependence on the experimental device, which means the superiority of using the frequency domain for parameter measurement, and the measurement accuracy is in the sub-nanometer level.

    Abstract: An apparatus and a method for testing a multi-channel high-speed low-latency interconnect interface (HLII) for a silicon interposer are provided. The apparatus includes: a standard test port configured to exchange a test instruction; an asynchronous bypass port configured to directly access an input/output (I/O) port of a channel of a physical layer of the interconnection interface; a built-in self-test (BIST) engine configured to implement inter-level loopback testing and data verification; a redundant data channel configured to repair a damaged data channel; and a delay chain testing circuit configured to test a function and linearity of a delay chain. The apparatus embeds test and repair logic into the physical layer and a link layer, achieving internal test control without any external controller. In this way, a sample can be tested and quickly screened to ensure its performance.

The water layer positioning system positions a contact surface between a water layer and a hydrate former after hydrate decomposition to facilitate drawing and separation of the treated upper water layer.
