    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a low-molecular mass organic gellant and a preparation method and use thereof, belonging to the technical field of gelled fuels. The low-molecular mass organic gellant has a cyclopropane structure. The cyclopropane structure belongs to a high-tension structure, which endows the gellant with excellent gel properties; in addition, the high-tension cyclopropane structure is also capable of greatly improving a combustion performance of the gellant, shortening an ignition delay time of the fuel, and promoting combustion. Moreover, multiple hydroxyl groups contained in the low-molecular mass organic gellant is capable of effectively forming a gel through hydrogen bonding; therefore, the gellant has excellent gel and shear thinning properties for high-energy density fuel and energetic nanofluid fuel, with a critical gellant concentration of not greater than 1% when forming a stable gel.

    Abstract: A method for establishing a defect detection model and an electronic apparatus are provided. A first classification model is established based on a training sample set including a plurality of training samples. The training samples are respectively input to the first classification model to obtain a classification result of each training sample. A plurality of outlier samples that are classified incorrectly are obtained from the training samples based on the classification result. A part of outlier samples that are classified incorrectly is deleted from the training samples, and the remaining training samples are used as an optimal sample set. A second classification model is established based on the optimal sample set so as to perform a defect detection through the second classification model.

An inverse lithographic technology (ILT) process to the corrected layout pattern is also performed to enhance the corrected layout pattern to produce an OPC-ILT-enhanced layout pattern of the lithographic mask. A first contour image associated with the OPC-ILT-enhanced layout pattern is generated when the OPC-ILT-enhanced layout pattern of the lithographic mask is projected on a wafer. The features of the generated first contour image are extracted. And a second contour image of a developed photo resist pattern on the wafer associated with the OPC-ILT-enhanced layout pattern as an output of a deep neural network is generated.

    Abstract: A sensing system and method uses a sense electrode arrangement for coupling to a surface of a body such that the sense electrode arrangement and the body (and the spacing between them) define a coupling capacitance. First and second sensing circuits have different transfer functions and generate first and second outputs. These outputs are processed to determine the coupling capacitance. The electrophysiological signal being monitored is also acquired by one or both of the sensing circuits. In this way, the quality of the electrode coupling can be determined in a simple and passive manner.
