Abstract: An ejector pin sliding on membrane-based device and method for mass transfer of mini light-emitting diodes (Mini-LEDs) are provided. The device includes a gantry transverse beam. The gantry transverse beam is provided with an ejector pin base, and the ejector pin base is configured to move along the gantry transverse beam. The ejector pin base is fixedly provided with a vision camera and an ejector pin. A blue membrane is horizontally provided at a side of the gantry transverse beam close to the ejector pin, and is spaced from the gantry beam. A surface of a side of the blue membrane away from the gantry transverse beam is adhesively provided with a plurality of Mini-LED chips arranged evenly. A transfer substrate is horizontally provided at a side of the blue membrane close to the plurality of Mini-LED chips, and is spaced from the blue membrane.

The wireless device selects a beam for RF sensing based on the first beamsweep and the second beamsweep.

Abstract: A photosensitive device and a display panel are provided. The photosensitive device includes a substrate and a photosensitive functional layer. The photosensitive functional layer includes a thin film transistor layer and a quantum dot layer. The quantum dot layer is configured to emit an excitation light under an excitation of an external light. A photo-generated current efficiency of the photosensitive device can be improved, and stability and versatility of the photosensitive device can also be improved.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a humidity alarm device based on laser-induced graphene is performed as follows. Carbon-based films are coated with a hydroxide ion-containing solution and processed by a laser device to generate hydrophilic graphene layers. The hydrophilic graphene layers are peeled off from the carbon-based films, wetted, and respectively wrapped around shaping rods varying in diameter. The wrapped rods are heated and shaped by a drying oven to obtain curled graphene switches. Each curled graphene switch is connected in series with an alarm lamp to form an alarm component. The alarm components are connected in parallel, and then connected to a positive terminal and a negative terminal of a power supply to form the humidity alarm device.

Abstract: A profit-aware Offloading Framework towards Prediction-assisted MEC Network Slicing is provided. Towards MEC network slicing, formulate the optimization problem of maximizing long-term ESP profits and decouple it into the sub-problems of Edge network Slicing (EnS) and Computation offloading Access (CoA). For the slicing sub-problem, use a gated recurrent neural network (GRNN) to accurately predict user requests in different regions, and then use the optimal partitioning of network slices with the predicted requests and expected demands; For the offloading sub-problem, incorporating results from slice partitioning, use an improved deep reinforcement learning with twin ritic-networks and delay mechanism, solving the Q-value overestimation and high variance for approximating the optimal offloading and resource allocation.

Multiple transistors include a drive transistor, a first reset transistor and a second reset transistor, the drive transistor provides a drive current to the light emitting device, the first reset transistor resets a gate of the drive transistor through the INIT-1 under control of the reset signal line. The second reset transistor resets a first terminal of the light emitting device through the INIT-1 under control of the reset signal line. The first reset transistor and the second reset transistor in a same sub-pixel are controlled by a same reset signal line.

The wireless node further transmits, to the UE, a conditional grant associated with a set of conditional parameters for a second communication that overrides the grant for some or all of a subset of the set of resources. The UE and/or the wireless node detects a triggering event or an indication of the triggering event for triggering the conditional grant with at least one conditional parameter of the set of conditional parameters. The UE and the wireless node perform the second communication in accordance with the at least one conditional parameter on some or all of the subset of resources based on the detection.

Abstract: Apparatus and methods are provided for CSI enhancement for multi-TRP coherent joint transmission. A user equipment (UE) receives signals from a plurality of transmission and reception points (TRPs). The UE determines, based on the signals, multiple TRP (multi-TRP) coherent joint transmission (CJT) channel state information (CSI) report information for a codebook based on a spatial basis selection matrix, a combination coefficient matrix, and a frequency basis selection matrix. The spatial basis selection matrix is layer common, polarization common, and TRP independent. The UE reports, to one or more of the plurality of TRPs, the multi-TRP CJT CSI report information.

The method includes: performing time domain windowing processing on a received signal, and performing frequency domain interference processing on a signal after windowing processing to obtain a matched filter and a time domain signal; obtaining reconstructed baseband received data for a signal of each channel; obtaining reconstructed signals after matched filtering; accumulating the reconstructed signals of multiple channels to obtain a reconstructed accumulated value, obtaining a compensation value according to a difference between the time domain signal and the reconstructed accumulated value, and compensating the reconstructed signals with the compensation value to obtain an actual received signal of the each channel; and outputting a joint suppression result.
