    Abstract: Some aspects of this disclosure include an apparatus, method, and computer program product for wireless local area network (WLAN) link adaptation for multi-user transmission. For example, a receiving device can receive a multi-user-physical layer (PHY) protocol data unit (MU-PPDU) including a preamble and a plurality of data portions. The preamble can include a PHY multi-user-block acknowledgement request (MU-BAR) frame indicating a frequency band for transmitting a trigger-based (TB)-PPDU. The receiving device can decode at least a portion of a first data portion of the and transmit the TB-PPDU including feedback (FB) data corresponding to the first data portion in the frequency band. Even if the decoding of the first data portion fails, the receiving device can use information in the PHY MU-BAR frame to transmit a TB-PPDU to the transmitting device that includes a negative acknowledgment (NACK) frame and a FB sequence number of the MU-PPDU.

The SNAT2 competitive inhibitor is ?-aminoisobutyric acid (MeAIB). The present invention demonstrates that MeAIB, a competitive inhibitor of SNAT2, and knockout of the SNAT2 gene can prevent and treat hypertension, and is of significant value in the prevention and treatment of primary hypertension. The present invention provides evidence showing that SNAT2 serves as a potential target for drug discovery and an intervention tool in primary hypertension.

An airflow path extends from an inlet of the heating adapter connector, through the housing, and out of a mouthpiece outlet of the mouthpiece. No airflow path between the inlet and outlet extends through the handle. In one example, the mouthpiece includes a percolator causing airflow to change direction at least once. During operation, a user grasps the vaporizing device using the handle and attaches a heating tip to the heating adapter connector. Next, the user activates the heating tip, vaporizes smoking material, and inhales smoke/vapor through the heating adapter connector, through the housing, and out of the mouthpiece.
