The method includes determining that the coding unit uses a sub-block transform, wherein the sub-block transform generates a transform sub-block boundary within the coding unit, thereby forming at least a transform sub-block within the coding unit; as a result of determining that the coding unit uses the sub-block transform, determining a maximum filter length based on a dimension of the transform sub-block within the coding unit, wherein the maximum filter length indicates a maximum number of samples to modify when deblocking a boundary of the coding unit; and deblocking the boundary of the coding unit based on the determined maximum filter length.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and collection devices are disclosed for rapid, local PCR testing. The system may include a PCR testing module, memory configured to store computer-executable instructions, and at least one computer processor configured to access the memory and execute the computer executable instructions to: (i) receive an order for a PCR diagnostic test; (ii) associate a sample collection device (SCD) received by the PCR testing module with the order for a PCR diagnostic test; (iii) instruct the PCR testing module to conduct the PCR diagnostic test on a biological specimen in the SCD received by the PCR testing module; and (iv) cause presentation of results of the PCR diagnostic test.

Abstract: This application provides a storage system includes disks grouped into disk groups. One disk group processes an IO service, and another disk group is in an energy-saving state or a sleep state and provides a standby disk for a previous disk group. IO load is focused on a disk in one disk group, so that a requirement for processing the IO service is satisfied by using this group of disks. In addition, the another disk group may save energy or sleep, so that more energy consumption can be reduced. Moreover, resource pools of different levels are implemented by using a plurality of disk groups. When a disk in a previous disk group is in shortage, a capacity of the previous disk group can be expanded by using a next disk group.

Abstract: Disclosed is a Data Matrix (DM) code. An image of the DM code consists of several color blocks arranged in a rectangular array, a circle of color blocks on the edge of the image constitutes a positioning region, and the color blocks inside the image constitute a coding region; the positioning region includes an “L”-shaped edge and a positioning edge opposite to the “L”-shaped edge, wherein the colors of the color blocks include at least three of eight colors, the eight colors being three standard RGB colors, four standard CMYK colors, and white. The positioning edge is formed by alternately arranging color blocks of two colors that are black after filtering by a channel in any color of RGB and white after filtering by a channel in the same color.

Abstract: A shift-register unit, a grid driving circuit and a displaying device, which relates to the technical field of displaying. In the present disclosure, the oxide-semiconductor layers of the oxide thin-film transistors may be delimited into regions according to the total channel widths and the channel lengths required by the oxide thin-film transistors in the shift-register unit, wherein the sum of the widths of the independent semiconductor branches obtained by the delimitation is equal to the required total channel width. Accordingly, one oxide thin-film transistor can realize the required total channel width by using the one or more semiconductor branches, to ensure the normal operation of the oxide thin-film transistor, whereby the oxide-semiconductor layers of the different oxide thin-film transistors can be configured differently, to realize the purpose of reducing the border frame of the displaying device.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method is provided for improving image quality with shortened acquisition time. The method comprises: determining an accelerated image acquisition parameter for imaging a subject using a medical imaging apparatus; acquiring, using the medical imaging apparatus, a medical image of the subject according to the accelerated image acquisition parameter; applying a deep network model to the medical image to generate a corresponding transformed medical image with improved quality; and combining the medical image and the corresponding transformed medial image using an adaptive mixing algorithm to generate output image.

Abstract: The compound of formula (I) has a good inhibitory effect on the proliferation of human prostate cancer cells CWR22RV1 and breast cancer cells; and combined use of the compound with an androgen receptor inhibitor HC-1119 significantly enhances the inhibitory effect on prostate cancer cells, and the inhibitory effect increases with increased concentration. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a terminal device monitors a plurality of data packets transmitted from a network device on a radio bearer. If a reception of at least one data packet in the plurality of data packets is failed, the terminal device is able to discard the at least one data packet without requesting retransmission. The network device determines whether a retransmission condition for the at least one data packet is unfulfilled. If the retransmission condition is unfulfilled, the retransmission of the at least one data packet is skipped.
