    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a performance testing method and system for a polycarboxylate superplasticizer in a concrete system. An interface model is constructed based on a calcium silicate hydrate (C—S—H) gel model and a molecular dynamics model of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, which can cover complexity of a cement particle interface and variability of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer, and can also establish a link between a microstructure of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a macroscopic fluidity of a cement across multiple scales. Meanwhile, friction resistance is accurately calculated based on the constructed interface model to accurately test a performance of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer, thereby shortening a screening cycle of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer and improving a performance optimization efficiency.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may be configured to indicate to a base station a distribution of transmit antennas and receive antennas across a set of antenna panels, and the base station may configure resource sets for reference signal transmissions from the antenna panels based on the indicated distribution. In a first example, the UE may be configured to indicate a respective number of transmit antennas and receive antennas at each antenna panel. In a second example, the UE may be configured to indicate a sum of transmit antennas and a sum of receive antennas across all antenna panels, along with information on how the transmit antennas and receive antennas are distributed. Based on the indication, the base station may configure resource sets for reference signal transmission on sets of ports in resources of the resource sets.

    Abstract: In various examples, in-path object detection for autonomous and semi-autonomous systems and applications is described herein. For instance, systems and methods may use sensor data, such as inertial measurement sensor data, to generate or determine a lane that is associated with a vehicle. In some examples, the lane is generated or determined by determining a curvature of a path that the vehicle is navigating and then adding distance boundaries to both sides of the path. The systems and methods may then use sensor data, such as RADAR data and/or LiDAR data, to determine one or more locations of one or more objects with respect to the vehicle. Using the geometry of the lane and the location(s) of the object(s), the systems and methods may then determine whether the object(s) is located along the path of the vehicle.

    Abstract: A guar gum fracturing fluid gel and a guar gum fracturing fluid system with reduced pH dependence, a preparation method and an application thereof are disclosed. The fracturing fluid gel includes 0.01-0.2% of nanomaterial, 0.1-0.5% of guar gum, 0.1-0.5% of organic boron-titanium crosslinker and a remaining amount of water. The fracturing fluid gel is more stable in network structure, tolerant of different temperatures and has good shear resistance. A preparation method and an application of the fracturing fluid gel are also provided. In the guar gum fracturing fluid system, the dependence on pH level is reduced, thereby alleviating the damage caused by a high pH value to a reservoir.

The line-scan Brillouin microscopy apparatus includes an illumination source that provides a P polarized illumination light beam for illuminating a sample. The first optical assembly includes an optical component that converts the initial Brillouin scattered light to S polarized Brillouin scattered light. Characteristically, the second optical assembly is configured to induce a spectral dispersion. A detection unit is configured to detect a spatio-spectral pattern of the initial Brillouin scattered light. Advantageously, multiple points of the sample along P polarized illumination light beam are measured simultaneously.
