Abstract: According to the disclosure of the present document, chroma quantization parameter offset-related information may be signaled via a palette coding syntax, and index information about a chroma quantization parameter offset list may be efficiently parsed/signaled on the basis of information about the number of entries within the chroma quantization parameter offset list. Accordingly, bits that need to be signaled for video/image coding can be reduced, and coding efficiency can be improved.

Abstract: This disclosure provides methods and apparatuses relating to LiDAR. In an example method: transmitting a detection pulse to the outside of the LiDAR, wherein an intensity of the detection pulse is adjustable, switching a bias voltage of a receiver of the LiDAR from a first bias voltage to output a second bias voltage based on a time of transmission of the detection pulse, wherein a detection performance of the receiver is lower at the first bias voltage than at the second bias voltage, receiving an echo of the detection pulse reflected from an obstacle, and converting the echo into an electrical signal by the receiver device.

Abstract: A multifunctional electro-hydraulic flow control valve and a flow control method. The control valve comprises a main valve, a proportional pilot valve, a flow sensor, a multifunctional valve controller, a control cavity pressure sensor, an oil inlet pressure sensor, an oil outlet pressure sensor, a temperature sensor and a cloud storage. The invention has the characteristics that a flow of the main valve is continuously controlled without being influenced by load change without installing a pressure compensator in the system, and meanwhile, the valve has the function of a flow sensor, has low pressure loss and wide flow control range, and realizes integration of flow detection and control; and information such as flow, power and efficiency of each part in a hydraulic system is monitored in real time based on a multifunctional controller, key operation state monitoring, service life prediction and fault positioning of the control valve are achieved.

A glass laminate includes the multilayer optical film disposed between glass layers.

The query activities are persisted into a graph-enabled database repository. The plurality of query activities are classified into a plurality of workload rules based on there being a correlations between the plurality of query activities. A plurality of components of a total execution time of each query in a workload rule is analyzed. One or more problematic queries is identified based on the analyzing.

Abstract: A computing terminal for parameter identification is provided. The computing terminal includes an FPGA which includes a solid-phase calculating module, a liquid-phase calculating module, and an electrolytic coupling calculating module. At least some of the solid-phase calculating module, the liquid-phase calculating module, and the electrolytic coupling calculating module operate in parallel. Each of the calculating modules is configured to solve a corresponding differential equation to determine a corresponding electrochemical parameter of an electrochemical model. With the computing terminal for parameter identification, the FPGA has a low cost and parallel calculations are achieved at a hardware level, thereby speeding up processing, and improving processing efficiency.

Abstract: A seed development device for Psammochloa villosa using condensate water in desert areas includes: a cultivation box, a top surface of the cultivation box is connected to a cooler and condensate water collecting units through a support frame. Each condensate water collecting unit includes an outer frame, sleeve pipes, a middle frame, a cold air cavity, water collecting rods, a water collecting tank and a delivery pipe. The delivery pipe is connected to the cultivation box. When an outdoor temperature cannot complete condensation of water vapor, the cooler completes cooling of the cold air cavity and water collecting rods until condensate water collection is completed, water drops fall into the water collecting tank to complete water collection, which is used for water supplement of seed development of Psammochloa villosa, thus reducing the process of artificial water supplement and improving the development efficiency of seeds of Psammochloa villosa in desert areas.

In the method for calculating position information in a touchscreen, because a touch chip transmits, by using a high-speed serial bus, source data generated by a trigger operation, first duration t1 for the touch chip to transmit the source data generated by the trigger operation can be shorter. Because position information of the trigger operation in the touchscreen is calculated in a CPU, second duration t2 for the CPU to calculate coordinates of a position at which a user triggers the touchscreen can also be shorter.

Abstract: Disclosed are a nickel-based superalloy formed by selective laser melting and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of an additive manufacturing from metal powder. In the disclosure, CrFeNb alloy powder is used as a grain refiner, and its element composition is within the composition range of a nickel-based superalloy powder to ensure that the prepared nickel-based superalloy has the same element composition with the original alloy; the grain size in the nickel-based superalloy could be refined by the addition of CrFeNb alloy powder, such that the anisotropic columnar grain structure in the alloy is transformed to equiaxed grain structure, thereby improving mechanical properties of the alloy.
