    Abstract: In an uplink information sending method, a terminal device receives scheduling information sent by an access network device in a first time unit. The terminal device determines a second time unit and a first time offset. The second time unit is after the first time unit, and the second time unit carries downlink information sent by the access network device. The terminal device further determines a third time unit. The third time unit is a time unit that is offset from the second time unit by the first time offset. Further, the terminal device sends first uplink information scheduled by using the scheduling information in the third time unit. In this way, information transmission flexibility and reliability can be improved.

The method and system determine point-to-point angles for the data points based on at least the azimuthal value associated with each data point, wherein each point-to-point angle spans between two adjacent data points. The method and system select a geometric shape from a plurality of geometric shapes to fit to the data points based on the point-to-point angles, the plurality of geometric shapes including a circle and an ellipse. A shape of the borehole is estimated at a location of the standoff measurement based on the selected geometric shape.

    Abstract: An AlGaN/GaN HEMT based on fluorinated graphene passivation and a manufacturing method thereof. Monolayer graphene (108) is transferred to an AlGaN (104) surface, is treated by using fluoride ions and then is insulated to thereby replace a conventional nitride passivation layer. Then, a high-k material (109) is grown on the graphene (108), and the high-k material (109) and the graphene (108) are jointly used as a gate dielectric for preparing an AlGaN/GaN metal-insulator-semiconductor (MIS) HEMT. Compared with the traditional passivation structure, the graphene (108) has the advantages of small physical thickness (sub-nanometer scale) and low additional threshold voltage. The structure and the method are simple, the effect is remarkable and the application prospect in technical fields of microelectronics and solid-state electronics is wide.

    Abstract: This present invention discloses a temperature-sensitive nano-silver controlled release antibacterial coating composite, which is comprises: water, acrylic, polyurethane resin, temperature-sensitive nano-silver controlled release antibacterial agent, dispersant, curing agent, defoamer, filming additive and leveling agent. By adsorbing nano silver particles into the pores of mesoporous SiO2 modified by poly N-isopropyl acrylamide, we successfully prepared a temperature-sensitive nano-silver controlled release antibacterial agent. By adding the prepared agent to the conventional coating composite, we achieved “on-off” control of the antibacterial properties of coating composite. Through the control of temperature, the release of nano-silver in the mesoporous nano-silica of the coating film layer is controlled.

The embodiments can cause a bit in a first bit sequence of a device filter to indicate a failure state based on not receiving a message from a node in a network during a reporting time interval, and upon the reporting time interval expiring, to combine the first bit sequence with a corresponding bit sequence of a shadow filter. The combination preserves, in the shadow filter, an indication of the failure state from the bit in the first bit sequence and any other indications of failure states from bits of the corresponding bit sequence of the shadow filter. More specific embodiments cause, upon the reporting interval expiring, a bit in a second bit sequence of the device filter to indicate a no failure state based on an indication of another no failure state in the first bit sequence.
