    Abstract: A data network node is configured for operation as a time-transfer boundary clock, and has at least one time-transfer slave network interface and several time-transfer master interfaces, all configured for operation according to a time-transfer protocol. The data network node also includes a clock source interface configured for connection to a synchronous clock source supplied from a remote node, as well as a real-time clock (RTC) circuit. The RTC circuit supplies time-of-day data for time-transfer messages sent via the second network port and selectively operates in a first mode, wherein the RTC frequency is driven by a clock signal from the clock source interface, a second mode, wherein the RTC frequency is driven by a clock signal derived from time-transfer messages received by the time-transfer slave interface, and a third mode, wherein the RTC frequency is driven by a local clock signal from local clock source.

    Abstract: An integrated circuit includes an optical source that provides an optical signal to an optical waveguide. In particular, the optical source may be implemented by fusion-bonding a III-V semiconductor to a semiconductor layer in the integrated circuit. In conjunction with surrounding mirrors (at least one of which is other than a distributed Bragg reflector), this structure may provide a cavity with suitable optical gain at a wavelength in the optical signal along a vertical direction that is perpendicular to a plane of the semiconductor layer. For example, the optical source may include a vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser (VCSEL). Moreover, the optical waveguide, defined in the semiconductor layer, may be separated from the optical source by a horizontal gap in the plane of the semiconductor layer. During operation of the optical source, the optical signal may be optically coupled across the gap from the optical source to the optical waveguide.

Each memory row is associated with a disturbance warning circuit having a state that corresponds to an accumulated disturbance in the memory row. The disturbance control circuit determines, responsive to an activation of a memory row of the plurality of memory rows specified by a row access command, whether the disturbance condition is present in the memory row based on the state of the disturbance warning circuit associated with the memory row. If a disturbance condition is present, the disturbance control circuit causes a recovery operation to be performed on the memory row to reduce the accumulated disturbances.

The first and second seats coupled to their respective frame members may be modular in nature. The second seat may also include a bench seat with optional secondary support structures. The two frame members are configured to fold independently of one another. The mechanical apparatus of the dual occupancy stroller including locking and actuator mechanisms are discussed. Additionally, the mechanism by which the front frame member folds is discussed. The disclosed stroller is capable of simultaneously carrying multiple children with a cargo area that can be extended or retracted and can carry a heavy load. The stroller is able to easily fold to a stowed state.

    Abstract: A flat panel display includes scan lines, data lines, and pixels. Each pixel including at least one first subpixel and a second subpixel, the first subpixel and the second subpixel of the pixel are coupled different scan lines but coupled to the same data line. All of the first subpixels of the pixels are scanned in a first display period, and all of the second subpixels of the pixels are scanned in a second display period after all of the first subpixels are scanned. One color of subpixel is scanned at a time in the flat panel display featuring interlaced scanning. Because video data does not change obviously in general, video data of the single one color of subpixel does not obviously change. The data line is not overloaded, neither. In this way, the color cast occurring in the conventional technology does not happen anymore.
