    Abstract: This application discloses a communication method, including: a terminal obtains a current flight parameter, and determines a target conditional handover configuration from a candidate conditional handover configuration group based on the current flight parameter, where the target conditional handover configuration is used to determine a second cell that the terminal expects to access. In this process, because the candidate conditional handover configuration group generated by the access network device to which a first cell belongs corresponds to the flight-related parameter, the terminal obtains the target conditional handover configuration in the candidate conditional handover configuration group based on a matching result between the current flight parameter and the flight-related parameter. In this way, accuracy of obtaining the target conditional handover configuration is improved, and efficiency of handover to the second cell is improved.

    Abstract: A quick-connect heart valve prosthesis that can be quickly and easily implanted during a surgical procedure is provided. The heart valve includes a substantially non-expandable, non-compressible prosthetic valve and a plastically-expandable frame, thereby enabling attachment to the annulus without sutures. A small number of guide sutures may be provided for aortic valve orientation. The prosthetic valve may be a commercially available valve with a sewing ring with the frame attached thereto. The frame may expand from a conical deployment shape to a conical expanded shape, and may include web-like struts connected between axially-extending posts. A system and method for deployment includes an integrated handle shaft and balloon catheter. A valve holder is stored with the heart valve and the handle shaft easily attaches thereto to improve valve preparation steps.

With this test platform, the stress, the aerodynamic drag and the acoustic performance parameters of the measured acoustic liner can be measured simultaneously, which overcomes the problem of inaccurate experimental data obtained in inconsistent experimental conditions caused by conventional separate acoustic liner tests.

According to the present invention, the foot-and-mouth disease vaccine of pigs is taken as a research subject, and on this basis, several immunopotentiators having obvious immunopotentiating effects are selected for the compound immunopotentiator, and an antigen/vaccine is mixed with the immunopotentiator to prepare a vaccine-immunized pig. An animal experiment result shows that the present invention has obvious immunopotentiating effects. After immunizing the vaccine containing the compound immunopotentiator, a window period for antibody production can be significantly shortened to 7 days; a LPB-ELISA antibody titer is significantly improved, and an antibody pass rate is significantly increased; an immune protection period is also significantly extended, at least up to 7 months.
