The multilayer structure includes a metal or metal alloy seed layer for the free layer and an intermediate oxide layer below and in contact with the seed layer. The intermediate oxide layer reflects spin current from the free layer and thus reduces undesirable damping of the oscillation of the free layer's magnetization by the seed layer.

This storage system includes the first number of disks, and the RAID mechanism is used to store data on each disk. The blocks on different disks form stripes, and at least one of the blocks on the stripe stores the parity information, wherein the width of the stripe is less than the first number. The data layout of the data storage system satisfies the following characteristics: any two physical blocks in the stripe are distributed on different disks; the data blocks distributed on each disk are the same, and the distributed parity blocks are also the same; other data in the stripe associated with any piece of disk data is evenly distributed across all the remaining disks. Normal data layout and degraded data layout can be implemented by orthogonal Latin squares.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an intake oxygen concentration control system suitable for an engine with lean NOx trapping technology. The system adopts an exhaust turbocharging device to provide a pressure difference for an oxygen-enriched membrane to generate oxygen-rich and oxygen-deficient gases, and controls the intake oxygen concentration of different cylinders by adjusting the opening of flow control valves to match lean and rich combustion cycles of a lean NOx trapping system. In a lean combustion cycle, all four cylinders are filled with an oxygen-rich gas, which can make the combustion more complete and improve the thermal efficiency and fuel economy.

The above automated method can solve the disadvantages of high cost and low manufacturing flexibility caused by conventional manual identification and re-burning of eFuses.
