Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a foldable support device, including: a driving component and a support component connected with the driving component; and a rotating gear and a rack intermeshing with each other and connected with the driving component and the support component. The driving component and the support component are disposed on a non-display surface of a flexible display panel; and the flexible display panel is folded or unfolded with intermeshing rotating and relative moving of the rotating gear and the rack. By setting the rotating gear and the rack, when the flexible display panel is folding, the rotating gear rotates along the rack and drives the support component to move away from the driving component. Sufficient storage space is generated for the flexible display panel while folding to effectively prevent the display failure caused by folding of the flexible display panel.

The Lidar system comprise: a light source configured to emit a multi-pulse sequence to measure a distance between the Lidar system and a location in a three-dimensional environment, and the multi-pulse sequence comprises multiple pulses having a temporal profile; a photosensitive detector configured to detect light pulses from the three-dimensional environment; and one or more processors configured to: determine a coding scheme comprising the temporal profile, wherein the coding scheme is determined dynamically based on one or more real-time conditions including an environment condition, a condition of the Lidar system or a signal environment condition; and calculate the distance based on a time of flight of a sequence of detected light pulses, wherein the time of flight is determined by determining a match between the sequence of detected light pulses and the temporal profile.

The safety problem of the driving reference line caused by the insufficient obstacle avoidance ability of the driving reference line is solved.

In an embodiment, the direct growth method includes the following steps: (1) etching holes in a surface of a silicon carbide substrate to produce a silicon carbide wafer; (2) ultrasonic cleaning the produced silicon carbide wafer; (3) establishing an auxiliary nucleation point on a surface of the silicon carbide wafer; (4) depositing a diamond layer; (5) removing the portion of the diamond layer on the upper surface while retaining the portion of the diamond layer in the holes; (6) ultrasonic cleaning; and (7) depositing diamond in the holes on the silicon carbide wafer until the holes are fully filled.
