    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a micro-LED transfer method, a manufacturing method, device and an electronic apparatus. The transfer method comprises: in accordance with a sequence of micro-LEDs of blue, green and red, epitaxially growing micro-LEDs of two or all of the three colors on a single GaAs original substrate; epitaxially growing bumping electrodes corresponding to the micro-LEDs on a receiving substrate; bonding the micro-LEDs of the two or all of the three colors with the bumping electrodes on the receiving substrate; and removing the GaAs original substrate. The method can be used to transfer micro-LEDs of a variety of colors, in order to improve the production efficiency.

    Abstract: A method to schedule intelligent traffic lights in real time based on digital infochemicals (DIs) is disclosed. The method takes advantage of DIs as medium to both predicate traffic flow and smooth the green/Cycle (g/C) ratio. First collect DIs, then update DIs by three actions including aggregation, evaporation, and propagation. After that, adjust the g/C ratio of the traffic light. DIs have the function of prediction due to the propagation that allows DIs reach the traffic earlier than the real traffic flow. On the other hand, DIs have the function of memory due to the evaporation that remembers the information of the historical traffic flow. The prediction and memory of DIs, as the reason why DIs are superior to the pure traffic flow, give the DI-based intelligent traffic light compelling advantages over the pure traffic based intelligent traffic light.

The camera includes an image sensor, an internal lens, a steerable mirror, an external lens, and a controller. The external lens is disposed to monitor a viewable region, and the steerable mirror is interposed between the internal lenses and the external lenses. The steerable mirrors are arranged to project the viewable region from the external lens onto the image sensor via the internal lens. The steerable mirror modifies the viewable region that is projected onto the image sensor and controls the image sensor to capture an image. The associated control routine can be deployed either inside the camera or in a separate external processor.

    Abstract: A technique is described herein for allocating tasks within a distributed system. The distributed system includes plural computing devices. Each computing device, in turn, provides a bucket manager and at least one application instance. The bucket managers allocate work to the computing devices in units of buckets, in a manner governed by a set of application-specific initialization parameters. The bucket managers also perform their assignment function in cooperation with a separate storage and notification (S&N) system. The S&N system stores data nodes in a hierarchical data structure that reflect the assignment-related state of the distributed system. The S&N system also notifies the bucket managers upon changes in the data nodes. According to one provision, the bucket managers include logic that reduces expensive context changes when computing devices join and leave the distributed system.
