Abstract: A substantially neutral base multi-surface cleaning formulation. The formulation comprises an alkyl amine oxide surfactant, a levulinate solvent, a chelator and/or salt, and water. In some disclosed embodiments, the formulation further includes a buffer. The formulation has a substantially neutral pH from about 5 to about 8, from about 6 to about 8, or from about 6.5 to about 7.5. The formulation may be used as a spray, dosed on cleaning wipes, as a concentrate, in a soaps, or a wide variety of other forms.
