    Abstract: According to an embodiment of the invention, a method and apparatus for signal compensation are described. Under one embodiment, a driver comprises a resistance network having a plurality of legs; and a plurality of predriver circuits, each of the plurality of predriver circuits being associated with one of the plurality of legs of the resistance network. Each predriver circuit receives a first input to determine whether the predriver produces a signal and a second input to determine when to produce the signal.
