Abstract: An absorbent article including a first layer having an internal surface and an external surface, a second layer having an internal surface and an external surface, indicia arranged on at least one of the internal surfaces of the first layer the second layer, at least one of the first layer or the second layer having a light transmittance of at least 45% so that the indicia is viewable from at least one of the external surfaces.

Abstract: A fluid management article and a method for daily management of body exudates wherein the fluid management article includes a silhouette having two opposed end portions and two opposed longitudinal edges connecting the two opposed end portions; and a unitary core structure consisting essentially of an integrally formed composite material, the composite material including a first material comprising non-absorbent fusible fibers and a second material comprising at least about 50% non-absorbent fusible fibers interspersed with absorbent cellulosic based fiber wherein the first and second materials are integrated with the application of heat thereto and replacing the article as needed.
