  • Patent number: 11687811
Abstract: A question database storing questions and a conditional probability of one question to be asked given that a previous question was asked is searched to predict a future question based on the conditional probability stored in the question database given an input question as the previous question. The future question is suggested to a user. Responsive to receiving an acceptance of the future question, the question database is updated to strengthen the conditional probability associated with the future question occurring given the input question. An answer to the future question can be provided and searching, predicting, suggesting and updating may be repeated, with the future question as the input question, until the future question is declined.

  • Patent number: 10608905
Abstract: Method and system for analyzing temporal data includes obtaining a first data set of temporal data of a first size and transforming the temporal data into a computer generated temporal graph containing a set of predefined data properties. The method includes generating a time decay function of a selected temporal attribute and fitting the time decay function into a temporal distribution of the selected temporal attribute in the temporal graph, selecting a data sampling time window in the temporal graph defining a second data set of temporal data of a second size less than the first size based on the time decay function, such that the set of predefined data properties is substantially preserved within the data sampling window, sampling data from the data source within the selected data sampling time window and generating a computer generated temporal subsample graph of the predefined data properties of the sampled network data.

  • Patent number: 10171442
Abstract: A computer server may be monitored, and a request that requires executing an action on the computer server is received. Server configuration associated with the computer server is determined. Based on the server configuration, a technology associated with executing the action is determined. The action may be broken down into sub-activities and dependencies. A user profile database is searched to identify candidate users having a skill set associated with the technology. Availability, location and a skill level of the candidate users are determined. Based on historical data, a duration the candidate users would take to execute an activity on the computer server is predicted. Based on at least the duration, the availability, the location and the skill level of the candidate users, at least one user from the candidate users is determined to execute the activity on the computer server. A temporary access credential is provided for allowing access to the computer server during a specified duration.

  • Patent number: 10110449
Abstract: A method and system for analyzing temporal data includes selecting a data source in which data from the source contains temporal attributes, obtaining temporal data of a first size from the selected data source and mapping the temporal data from the selected source in a temporal graph. The method and system selects a temporal attribute, generates a time decay function of the selected temporal attribute and selects a time window in the temporal graph defining a data set of a second size less than the first size based on the time decay function. The data set contains a set of predefined properties, each having a metric calculated from data within the time window. The method and system samples data from the data source based on the selected time window and generates a temporal graph of the metrics of the predefined properties of the sampled network data.

  • Patent number: 9800659
Abstract: A peer-to-peer storage system, method and program product for managing peer-to-peer storage in an enterprise network. Peers use networked devices to log into an enterprise social platform with a unique identification (ID) that identifies a respective enterprise network user. Users may be members of enterprise network groups. When a group member peer requests a copy of a file the file associated with the group, the networked device determines whether other members have stored replicas of the file. If replicas are stored with other members, the networked device receives one of those. Otherwise, the networked device receives a copy from the enterprise social platform, and that copy is stored with one of the group members.

  • Publication number: 20170169532
Abstract: Estimating context aware information associated with a geographical location may include receiving information associated with the geographical location from a plurality of different data source. The information may be combined with social media input received via a social media server. User context may be determined. A machine learning algorithm may be executed to determine a plurality of risks associated with the geographic location to the user based on the user context. A ranked list of the plurality of risks may be presented to the user.

  • Publication number: 20170132380
Abstract: A service monitoring and evaluation system, method and program product for monitoring and evaluating services, e.g., healthcare. A client or patient timeline storage stores social media information for any Event of Interest (EoI) for patients, including information indicating the effectiveness of patient treatment being provided by healthcare providers. Healthcare providers have access to the patient timeline storage for respective patients to track treatment. A monitoring bot continually searches social media for patient EoIs, and extracts treatment effectiveness information from the EoIs and adds any new information to the patient timeline storage. An evaluation bot receives requests for provider evaluation, filters patient timeline information for treatment effectiveness, and rates and ranks the treatment effectiveness for the requestor.
