Abstract: The present invention relates to the use of PDE inhibitors, preferably mammalian PDE inhibitors, to enhance the induction of in vitro plant cell reprogramming towards plant embryogenesis or microcallus formation for further plant regeneration. The present invention also relates to a method to promote this process comprising culturing an isolated plant material with at least one PDE inhibitor, preferably mammalian PDE inhibitor.

Abstract: A method to obtain a composition comprising an enriched population of functional mesenchymal stem cells for hypothermic transport and local administration of said enriched population of functional mesenchymal stem cells in therapy.
