The personnel data may be associated with a group of employees under a manager in a managerial hierarchy. The method may also include selecting between a manager view of the personnel data and an administrator view of the personnel data. The manager view may include a first subset of the personnel data, the administrator view may include a second subset of the personnel data, and/or the first subset may be smaller than the second subset. The method may additionally include causing the first subset of personnel data to be displayed on a display device according to the manager view.
