Patent number: 11899704Abstract: Re-usage of part of object or object is highly important in manufacturing industry as it can drastically reduce cost and time spent on manufacturing. However, lack of proper information about availability of similar parts leads to redesigning of similar part. Existing databases for engineering drawings do not store categorized information due to which performing feature-based search is not possible. Present application provides systems and methods for extracting, digitizing, and using engineering drawing data. The system receives engineering drawing document and extracts text data present in each cell of table provided in document. Once table data is extracted, isometric views and views other than isometric views that are present in document are identified by the system using pretrained machine learning based model. The system further extract view labels and coordinate information from identified views.Type: GrantFiled: July 15, 2022Date of Patent: February 13, 2024Assignee: Tata Consultancy Services LimitedInventors: Robin Tommy Kulangara Muriyil, Athira Krishnan Remadevi, Aswathy Sreelekha Krishna, Ajithkumar Manaparampil, Anand Gopinath

Patent number: 9360543Abstract: Systems and methods for beamforming algorithms for transmit-receive parallel magnetic resonance imaging (“pMRI”) applications are described. For any transmit configuration (e.g., using a single or multiple transmit elements) a weighted sum of the complex image data from each receiver is formed with a spatially-varying weighting. The weighting factor is obtained by solving an optimal refocusing problem at a set of points in the image space, which can include all the pixels in the image. The optimal refocusing of the transmit-receive configuration accounts for the spatially-varying SNR in deriving the coefficients of the weighted sum at every image pixel.Type: GrantFiled: April 19, 2013Date of Patent: June 7, 2016Assignee: REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTAInventors: Anand Gopinath, Emad S. Ebbini, John Thomas Vaughan, Lance DelaBarre

Patent number: 8751453Abstract: Various methods and systems for using email to convey backup and restore data are disclosed. One method involves: receiving a request to perform a backup system operation; generating an email that includes data and metadata (which is associated with the data); and sending the email to an email address associated with a backup system component. The request can be a backup request, in which case the data includes data to be backed up, and the backup system component is a backup server. Alternatively, the request can be receiving a restore request. In this scenario, the data includes data to be restored, and the backup system component is a backup client.Type: GrantFiled: November 14, 2011Date of Patent: June 10, 2014Assignee: Symantec Operations CorporationInventors: Ajit Vishnu Dhumale, Mukul Kumar, John Richard Swift, Atul Avinash Nene, Anand Gopinath Das

Patent number: 7633293Abstract: Technology for controlling non-uniformity in the B1 field includes selecting the phase, magnitude, frequency, time, or spatial relationship among various elements of a multi-channel excitation coil in order to control the radio frequency (RF) power emanating from the coil antenna elements. Non-uniformity can be used to steer a constructively interfering B1 field node to spatially correlate with an anatomic region of interest. A convex (quadratically constrained quadratic problem) formulation of the B1 localization problem can be used to select parameters for exciting the coil. Localization can be used in simulated Finite Difference Time Domain B1 field human head distributions and human head phantom measurement.Type: GrantFiled: May 3, 2007Date of Patent: December 15, 2009Assignee: Regents of the University of MinnesotaInventors: Christopher C.
