  • Publication number: 20260146721
Abstract: A light head includes a housing, a light source integrated with a main body of the housing, an internet protocol (IP) camera having a base fastened to an access panel of the housing, a network communication module disposed within the housing, and a power distribution system including a terminal block disposed in the housing. The network communication module is electrically connected to the IP camera and the terminal block of the power distribution system and is operative to wirelessly transmit data produced from images captured by the IP camera. The light source and the IP camera are electrically connected to the terminal block independently of each other, and the power distribution system is configured to supply at least some power for powering the light source and the IP camera from the main power supply line through the terminal block.

  • Patent number: 12639578
Abstract: Exemplary embodiments include systems and methods for pairing a user to an available parking space, the system comprising: a positional device; at least one sensory input device positioned on an infrastructure point located proximally to at least one parking space; and a central server platform comprising a server having a processor and a memory unit communicatively coupled with the processor, the memory unit storing instructions which, when executed, perform a method. The method comprises: receiving a first signal from the positional device, the first signals indicating an intention of a user to seek parking and further indicating a location of the user; receiving a second signal from the at least one sensory input device, the second signal indicating availability of a parking space; determining, from the second signal, which of the parking spaces are available to the user; and pairing the user with a parking space.

  • Publication number: 20260038276
Abstract: A method and system accurately identify vehicles during transit and may be used for tracking the vehicle. Images of discrete distinguishing characteristics of a vehicle, respectively, are captured at an unmanned monitoring station. The images are collectively analyzed to produce an individualistic identifier. The individualistic identifier is correlated with data representative of a particular vehicle stored as part of a database of vehicles. Accordingly, the particular vehicle present at the monitoring station can be identified so that the vehicle can be tracked. Furthermore, key assets of the vehicle, such as the tractor, chassis, and cargo box of a truck, can be identified during the process and by the system so that they can be tracked independently of one another.

  • Patent number: 9990845
Abstract: A process, including a mobile application, for tracking the drayage driver and vehicle movement and reporting where the driver is and how much time he has been at a location, as well as details about the driver and cargo is described. This process can correlate driver and vehicle identification and allow for the transfer of bill of lading or hazardous material restrictions. Data captured is easily be made available in advance to the port terminals (which must have container ready for pick up); available for the shipping company (which can see cargo en-route—regardless of which company the driver works for); and available for the destination warehouse (which must receive and process the shipment). The association of cargo owners, shippers, terminal yards, drayage companies, drivers, and drayage job assignments can further be linked.
