    Abstract: A wind energy conversion system which converts wind energy into electrical energy using the cardioid principle. The system includes a mobile surface reacting to wind power and constrained to move by rail guide supports having a shape of a cardioid. The system is coupled to an electric generator via belts to the shaft to transmit and convert the cardioid movement of the mobile surface moving on the rail support unto useful electrical energy.
