  • Publication number: 20190279069
Abstract: A geographic location to which a user intends to travel, medical information pertaining to the user and conditions at the geographic location that impact health of human beings can be identified. A health impact model can be created for the user, the health impact model analyzing the determined conditions at the geographic location in a context of the accessed medical information pertaining to the user. Based on the analyzing by the health impact model, a score can be assigned to an anticipated health impact on the user of the identified conditions at the geographic location. If the score assigned to the anticipated health impact on the user of the identified conditions at the geographic location exceeds a threshold value, at least one action for the user can be automatically initiated and controlled.

  • Patent number: 10223329
Abstract: An approach for ontological policy based data collection, processing, and negotiation for data in view of analytics is provided. The approach searches one or more data sources for data related to a data request. The approach collects data related to the data request from the one or more data sources. The approach determines whether one or more attributes generated from the data request match one or more descriptors associated with the data related to the data request. The approach creates one or more annotated ontologies for the data related to the data request. The approach displays a hierarchical visualization of the one or more annotated ontologies for the data related to the data request. The approach updates the one or more annotated ontologies for the data related to the data request based, at least in part, on an evaluation of the quality of the one or more data selections.

  • Patent number: 10210558
Abstract: Offline functionality-based co-ranking and clustering is carried out on a knowledge base that characterizes a heterogeneous information technology services network including a plurality of services, a plurality of providers, and a plurality of attributes. Results of the functionality-based co-ranking and clustering are stored as annotations of the services and the providers in the knowledge base, to obtain an annotated knowledge base. A service requirement is obtained from a customer requiring information technology services. The annotated knowledge base is queried, based on the service requirement; and an ordered list of at least given ones of the services, based on the querying, is returned to the customer.

  • Publication number: 20190042702
Abstract: The program directs a computer processor to implement a program that manages a device. The program stores a medication listing, together with medication consumption instructions. The program monitors one or more medication containers, which contain at least one medication for the patient. The program receives medication consumption data of the patient, including the name of the drug consumed, the quantity, and the time that the patient last consumed the one or more medications. The program receives patient condition data from one or more monitoring devices in real-time, which includes at least one measurement of a medical vital sign of the patient. Based on the patient condition data, the program recommends that the patient consume a dosage amount of a medication at a designated time, from the one or more medication containers, or locks the one or more medication containers to prevent an adverse drug reaction or overdose in the patient.
