  • Publication number: 20240100957
Abstract: A method of open loop control of a retardation torque of a vehicle is presented. The method comprises obtaining of a current vehicle acceleration indicator, obtaining of one or more current vehicle state indicators, and determining of an open loop retardation torque based on the vehicle acceleration indicator and the one or more vehicle state indicators. The method further comprises controlling of a resulting retardation torque based on the open loop retardation torque. The resulting retardation torque is applied by one or more propulsion sources of the vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20240092106
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for establishing the suitability for printing of a thermoplastic film for use in a packaging of absorbent hygienic articles, said thermoplastic film comprising at least 30% recycled polymer material. The method comprises scanning a sample of said film for Gel Spots, defining an Amount of Gel spots and a Relative Gel Spot Coverage area, and, determining that if the Amount of Gel Spots is less than or equal to a first threshold and the Relative Gel Spot Coverage Area is less than or equal to a second threshold, determining that said thermoplastic film is suitable for printing. The disclosure also relates to a method of forming a package from a thermoplastic film, and to a package comprising a thermoplastic film.

  • Publication number: 20070214777
Abstract: An exhaust system for a vehicular lean-burn internal combustion engine includes a NOx reduction catalyst, a source reductant, means (20) for contacting the catalyst with the reductant, means for sensing the temperature of the exhaust gas and/or the catalyst bed and means, when in use, for controlling reductant addition. The reductant addition control means supplies an amount of reductant to the catalyst at a rate corresponding to a measured temperature value of the exhaust gas and/or catalyst bed, which temperature value has been pre-determined to correlate, in use, with an amount of NOx in the exhaust gas.
