Abstract: A trim structure for a vehicle includes at least two surface regions having different surface appearances and is manufactured in one unit. A method for providing a trim structure for a vehicle with at least two surface regions having different surface appearances comprises the steps of: a) providing a first surface appearance on at least a portion of an external surface of a trim structure body; b) providing a second surface appearance by applying a material layer on top of at least a part of the at least a portion having the first surface appearance; and c) removing a portion of the applied material layer, thereby revealing at least a portion of the under-lying first surface appearance.

Abstract: A method in a communication system comprising a access network with Radio Network controllers (RNC) and radio base stations (RBS or Node B) consisting of main units (MU) which performs base band signal processing and one or more radio remote units (RRUs) which converts between baseband and radio frequencies and transmits and receives signals over one or more antennas, covering cells, and one or several User equipment (UE or Phones) moving closer and closer to another cell, which said network is made aware of and then it will initiate a handover process, during which the call will be transferred from one cell to another cell within said radio base station (RBS or Node B)or to a cell in another Radio base station (RBS or Node B)in said communication network. Said handover process interact with a memory containing a list (softer handover group) of said radio remote units (RRUs) capable of doing softer handover with each other using the same Rake receiver.

Abstract: An improved method and apparatus for transmitting data between a transceiver and transcoder pair of a cellular radio system is disclosed. A pair of transceiver-transcoder-links normally transmitted on two separate channels are broken into a series of four bit data segments which are multiplexed together into series of eight bit timeslots for transmission between a transceiver and a transcoder pair.

Abstract: A device for distributing and transferring articles including a plurality of branch conveyers arranged parallel to one another and disposed near the terminating end of a main conveyer which continuously transfers articles of a predetermined shape. The branch conveyers are located beneath the main conveyer at right angles to the main conveyer with the truck lines being spaced and closely adjoined to one another. An article receiving inlet faces the traversing direction of the main conveyer and is disposed before the terminating end of the traversing truck of the main conveyer and a distribution unit equipped with a traversing direction change-over member guides the articles in a direction at right angles to the traversing direction and a chute in combination with the traversing direction change-over member feeds the articles onto the traversing surface of a desired branch conveyer.

Abstract: A device for braking advancing packages being transferred on a conveyer including a pair of rubber tubes of a predetermined length having flat surfaces, the tubes being inflated toward the packages being conveyed so that the tubes interpose and stop the packages. The pair of rubber tubes can be inflated so that they expand in an upwardly inclined direction in order to slightly lift the packages above the conveyer surface. Each of the rubber tubes are provided along the conveyer and are inflated with air. In addition each rubber tube has a flat braking surface, a reinforcing part at the back of the braking surface for maintaining the flatness of the braking surface, attaching wall part and a hollow section between the braking surface and the attaching wall part so that the rubber tube is normally small and narrow, but can be enlarged when inflated with air.
