  • Patent number: 12521765
Abstract: The invention relates to a garment sorting system and method for sorting garments arranged on garment carriers. The system comprises a first transporting conveyor arrangement (5) arranged to receive a garment carrier from a pairing station which transports the garment carriers to an identification and sorting arrangement on a second conveyor arrangement comprising an identification device arranged to identify a garment carrier from an identification code for further sorting. For each garment carrier, a sorting rail address is requested by the identification and sorting arrangement from a garment identification database. The identified garment carrier is transported to a plurality of sorting rails, where the second transporting conveyor arrangement comprises a sorting interface for each sorting rail such that the identified garment carrier is moved from the second transporting conveyor arrangement to the correct sorting rail by operation of the corresponding sorting interface.

  • Patent number: 11565164
Abstract: An exemplary responsive training device for responding to user interaction with the device can be provided. For example, the responsive training device can be configured with a surface enclosing a compressible body. The responsive training device can further embed at least one sensor configured to sense a deformation of the compressible body and to generate a sensory output to a controller. The responsive training device can also embed a controller configured to control at least one transponder. Furthermore, the exemplary responsive training device can embed at least one transponder configured to provide an audio output and/or a visual output as a function of the sensor output.

  • Publication number: 20200405540
Abstract: A medical laser system for ophthalmological surgery, such as photocoagulation or another method of photo-thermal stimulation. The laser system includes a laser device configured to emit laser radiation at a visible wavelength and a laser controller configured to control the laser system. The laser device includes a laser source configured to emit a source radiation, and a frequency converter configured to receive the source radiation and to output said emitted laser radiation as a frequency-converted output of a frequency conversion process, which has an efficiency dependent on a wavelength of the source radiation. The laser controller is configured to adjust the optical output power of the emitted laser radiation to a selected target value by adjusting an operating temperature of the laser source and/or an operating temperature of the frequency converter such that the frequency converter is operated at an efficiency smaller than the maximum of the efficiency.

  • Publication number: 20080220809
Abstract: An electronic equipment includes a camera for taking digital photographs. The electronic equipment further includes a radio circuit for establishing communication with a communications network, a camera for taking digital photographs; a display, and a control circuit. The control circuit is configured to execute image detection logic to: periodically acquire an image and storing a least one of the acquired images in the memory; processing the periodically acquired images to determine an occurrence of a predefined event; and performing a function based upon the occurrence of the predefined event.

  • Publication number: 20060166197
Abstract: A building block having the dual capabilities of transferring the genetic information e.g. by recognising an encoding element and transferring a functional entity to a recipient reactive group is disclosed. The building block can be designed with an adjustable transferability taking into account the components of the building block. The building block may be used in the generation of a single complex or libraries of different complexes, wherein the complex comprises an encoded molecule linked to an encoding element. Libraries of complexes are useful in the quest for pharmaceutically active compounds.
