In an example, the renal therapy system includes a home renal therapy machine that stores, to a log file, blood pressure measurements, heart rate measurements, and blood glucose measurements. The system also includes a server that receives the log file from the home renal therapy machine. The server receives the log file for displaying the blood pressure measurements, the heart rate measurements, and the blood glucose measurements for clinician review.
