In order to present a device which provides an optimum initial driving engagement between a gear sector (14) of a driving gear wheel (9) and a driven gear wheel (10) of the operating arrangement (4), the driven gear wheel (10) comprises at least two portions (15) which facilitate bringing along of said driven gear wheel (10) for rotation thereof and which are located such that each time the gear sector (14) during rotation begins to mesh with the driven gear wheel (10), this occurs through one of these portions (15).
