Abstract: Methods, uses, kits and products are described for the prevention and treatment of ischemia-associated cardiopathies such as myocardial ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury, based on the selective modulation of CD36.

Abstract: The un-winder for hay bales has a frame having a pair of opposite arms, and a link bridging the pair of arms. One of the arms is to be drivenly mounted at least in part to a roof, particularly the roof of a barn. The other arm is provided with means to unwind a bale of hay. This enables unwinding a bale of hay in a barn particularly when space for unwinding is limited using a compact self-driven suspended un-winders for hay bales.

Abstract: A bag holder for holding bags such as trash bags used for gardening. It comprises a rod having two side arms integrally projecting therefrom and extending forwardly. A sleeve with large rounded heads are set at the ends of each arm. The upper edge of the bag is set around the rod and the sleeves in order to be held and kept open. The large heads of the sleeves apply a pressure to tighten the upper edge around the rod without puncturing the bag. The bend angle of the arms could be change in combination with the moving of the sleeves along the arms to accommodate bags of different sizes, shapes or purposes. The rod is vertically supported by a vertical rod or by an handle.
