  • Publication number: 20180171650
Abstract: A wall assembly for bearing a concrete slab has a wall framework including a bottom plate, a top plate extending parallelly to the bottom plate and vertically spaced-apart from the bottom plate. Vertically extending stud members are spaced-apart from one another along a length of the wall framework and extend between the bottom plate and the top plate. At least one of the top plate and the bottom plate includes vertical translation components, which are aligned with the vertically extending and spaced-apart stud members, and is engageable with the vertically extending stud members through the vertical translation components. The wall framework can facilitate vertical translation of the at least one of the top plate and the bottom plate relative to the vertically extending stud members upon application of a substantial weight on the wall framework. A concrete containment wall assembly is used in combination with a wall framework.

  • Publication number: 20150259137
Abstract: A versatile container a versatile pipe section comprising a sleeve and a tube inserted into the sleeve, the tube being held in place using a first capping element at a first end, at least one mounting element in a middle portion and a second capping element at a second end. The first and second capping elements are provided with an opening of a diameter corresponding to the diameter of the tube for allowing liquid or gas to flow through the tube. Also, a versatile container comprising a sleeve, at least one liquid or gas holding compartment adapted to be positioned within the sleeve, the at least one compartment being held in place using at least one mounting element. The sleeves are adapted to hold the contents of the tube or the at least one compartment in case of a leak.

  • Publication number: 20110247286
Abstract: An insulating wall assembly, including a framework having opposite interior and exterior sides and including a plurality of vertical and horizontal support studs defining an inner spacing within the framework, a substantially rigid insulating panel mounted to the framework, and an insulating material extending in the inner spacing and juxtaposed to the rigid insulating panel. Each one of the vertical and horizontal support studs has an outer stud member having a thickness t1 and an inner stud member mounted inwardly to the outer stud member and having a thickness t2 thinner than the thickness t1. The substantially rigid insulating panel is supported peripherally by the inner stud members with the outer stud member circumscribing the rigid insulating panel.
