  • Patent number: 9503999
Abstract: There are provided measures for enabling/realizing service continuity in a centralized service network system. Such measures exemplarily comprise detecting a deregistration request for deregistering a terminal with respect to a first switching entity from a registration in which the first switching entity is registered for the terminal as a contact point for centralized services, starting a waiting timer for waiting for a registration request for registering the terminal with respect to a second switching entity upon detection of said deregistration request, and re-registering the terminal in the registration such that the second switching entity is registered for the terminal as a contact point for centralized services upon detection of the registration request for registering the terminal with respect to the second switching entity before expiry of the waiting timer.

  • Patent number: 9439066
Abstract: Certain embodiments propose to conceal interception from network operators by receiving a setup message to set up a monitoring connection towards another entity (e.g. an ISUP IAM), analyze the received setup message, and responsive thereto, establish the monitoring connection towards the another entity. The control unit is further configured to confirm that a preconfigured identifier representative for a lawful interception is included within the setup message (e.g. inside the field Called Party Subaddress, under Operator ID—octets 4, 5 and 6), and responsive thereto, suppress at least partially a generation of data records for the monitoring connection.

  • Publication number: 20160080423
Abstract: The present invention addresses method, apparatus and computer program product for enabling International Mobile Equipment Identifier based Lawful Interception for Internet Protocol IP Multimedia Subsystem, VoLTE and beyond systems. Thereby, an International Mobile Equipment Identifier allocated to a User Equipment and verified by an Evolved Packet Core is transmitted from a Mobility Management Entity to a Packet Gateway, the International Mobile Equipment Identifier is transmitted to a Proxy Call State Control Function via Policy and Charging Rules Function within the Policy and Charging Control procedures at Internet Protocol Multimedia Subsystem registration, and the International Mobile Equipment Identifier is transmitted to a Serving Call State Control Function at call set-up.

  • Publication number: 20150172915
Abstract: Methods, computer program products and apparatuses enabling to conceal lawful interception from network operators by suppressing the generation of the corresponding Call Detailed Record, CDR. The present invention proposes to conceal interception from network operators by receiving a setup message to set up a monitoring connection towards another entity (e.g. an ISUP IAM), analyze the received setup message, and responsive thereto, establish the monitoring connection towards said another entity, wherein the control unit is further configured to confirm that a preconfigured identifier representative for a lawful interception is included within said setup message (e.g. inside the field Called Party Subaddress, under Operator ID—octets 4, 5 and 6), and responsive thereto, suppress at least partially a generation of data records for said monitoring connection.
