Abstract: The invention relates to a shoe adapted for the practice of classical dance and particularly intended for dancers in dancing schools or professional dancers for performing pointes, that comprises a sole generally made of leather to which is attached a fitting upper (2), particularly made of satin, as well as a tip made of a hard shell or box (4) that surrounds the toes and has an extension in the form of a stiffening shank (5) at the lower portion of the foot, characterised in that the shank (5) is formed on the lower surface thereof with at least two transverse cuts (7) approximately at mid-depth for ensuring its rigidity in one direction and for imparting to the shoe a certain degree of flexibility in the opposite direction.

The sample includes a case or envelope, which is sealed in an inviolable manner and, in the case or envelope, a meltable object having a predetermined shape different from the internal shape of the case. This object has a melting point below or equal to the thawing or keeping temperature of the product and the initial shape of the object is impossible to reconstitute following thawing or reheating, even of a partial nature, of the product. According to the invention, the case comprises a first part made invisible and integral with the product or a pack containing the latter by insertion into the pack or the case a second part, which is visible and integral with the first part.

Abstract: This invention relates to a handling assembly incorporating deformable suction cups for handling objects presenting a smooth and non-porous surface for application of the suction cups, the assembly comprising a body and at least one deformable suction cup mounted on this body and a release mechanism mounted mobile on the body; a single-piece construction control assembly molded in plastic and formed by rods in the shape of a rhombus with a pair of control zones, each connected to a suction cup, located at one set of opposite apices and a pair of control locations, each connected to a control member, located at the other set of opposite apices so that as the control member is moved by the operator, the rhombus is deformed and the suction cups are correspondingly deformed and released from the object being handled.

Abstract: The fuel assembly comprises at least one cluster of canned-fuel pins disposed on a uniform lattice within a sleeve defining a duct through which a coolant is circulated. Each fuel pin is provided at least over the greater part of its length with a helical spacer member which determines the minimum spacing between the fuel pin and the adjacent pins or the sleeve. The internal face of the sleeve is provided with recesses in which the spacer members of the lateral pins of the cluster are partially engaged.The fuel assembly finds an application in nuclear reactors of the liquid-sodium-cooled fast breeder type.This is a continuation, of application Ser. Abstract: A nuclear fuel sub-assembly comprises a bundle of fuel pins provided with helical spacers and located within a shroud for the coolant. The sub-channels at the periphery of the bundle are restricted in order that the rate of flow matches the heat transfer surfaces in all sub-channels. For this purpose the spacers of the outer pins project radially by an extent smaller than the spacers of the inner pins. In addition longitudinal ribs may be provided in the outer sub-channels.
