  • Publication number: 20250205056
Abstract: An assembly comprising a cranioplasty prosthesis component having a connection hole(s). A pivot fastener may have a body being threaded and adapted to be screwed to cranium bone. A shoulder is between the body and a head of the pivot fastener, the shoulder having a circular section. A diametrical dimension of the circular section is less than a diametrical dimension of the connection hole, such that the shoulder forms a rotational joint with the cranioplasty component when the shoulder is in the connection hole.

  • Publication number: 20250205422
Abstract: An infusion pump is configured to provide one or more context cues to a user while the user programs the infusion pump to deliver an infusion therapy. In some embodiments, the infusion pump includes a display configured to display a keypad and to receive input from a user, a processor in communication with the display, and a memory in communication with the processor. The memory stores instructions that cause a keypad sequence monitor to receive context parameters, the context parameters corresponding to a drug selection, a drug concentration selection, or a clinical care area in which the drug is to be infused. The keypad sequence monitor accesses a drug library using the context parameter to determine a valid parameter range corresponding to a range of values between lower and upper soft limit values stored in the drug library.

  • Publication number: 20250207683
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a valve, comprising a main piston for actuating a main volumetric flow and a pilot piston for actuating a pilot volumetric flow. The main piston and the pilot piston are guided in a valve housing in a longitudinally movable manner, and the pilot piston can be actuated using a magnetic device. The position of the main piston can be set using the pilot piston in that a fluid pressure acting on the main piston is signalled via a fluidic connection into a pilot chamber comprising the pilot piston which keeps the main piston in the closed position thereof, said closed position cutting of the main volumetric flow.

  • Patent number: 12341932
Abstract: The present invention relates to an imaging sensor system (26) having a high detection accuracy. The system (26) comprises a plurality of pixel sensors (1) and at least one light source. The pixel sensors (1) are grouped in clusters, wherein each pixel sensor (1) comprises a photodetector (2) and a local controlling circuit (18). The plurality of sensors (1) in each cluster are configured, using local controlling circuits (18), to output a global detection signal (15) when detecting a local detection signal (10) from at least two outputs of the photodetectors (2) of said cluster. The system (26) has a high detection accuracy due to ruling out false positive detections, since each detection requires at least two positive outputs of the photodetectors (2) of said cluster.
