The medium contains at least one film-forming amine (component a) with the general formula: R—(NH—(CH2)m)n—NH2/, where R is an aliphatic hydrocarbon radical with a chain length between 12 and 22 and m is an integral number between 1 and 8 and n is an integral number between 0 and 7, contained in amounts up to 15%.
