Patent number: 10988244Abstract: A helicopter rotor hub assembly for coupling a pair of helicopter blades to a helicopter mast. It includes a yoke assembly and a pitch assembly. The yoke assembly includes a central section and first and second sections extending respectively on opposite sides of the central section. Each one of the first and second sections has a pair of elongated arms defining inbetween a bearing-receiving interspace. The pitch assembly includes first and second attachment plates extending respectively along the first and second sections of the yoke assembly and first and second pitch bearing assemblies. Each attachment plate is connected to a respective one of the helicopter blades. Each pitch bearing assembly extends in the bearing-receiving interspace of a respective one of the first and second sections of the yoke assembly. Each pitch bearing assembly contacts a respective one of attachment plates to allow a pitch movement of the helicopter blades.Type: GrantFiled: May 7, 2018Date of Patent: April 27, 2021Assignee: LAFLAMME AERO INC.Inventors: Enrick Laflamme, André Dubois

Patent number: 9649238Abstract: A portable chamber for hyperbaric and/or hypoxic treatment comprises an open-ended and typically frustro-conical tubular body sized to accommodate at least one occupant, and two end members configured to be respectively received at opposite extremities of the body for closing the body in a seal tight arrangement. The body of the chamber is made of a flexible yet reinforced elastomeric material such as to be collapsible during transport. One of the end members is provided with a door to provide access to the interior of the chamber. The extremities of the body are substantially spherical such as to receive the correspondingly substantially periphery of the end members. When the chamber is supplied with gases during hyperbaric or hypoxic treatment, the spherical peripheries of the end members are urged against the spherical extremities of the body, thereby providing a seal tight chamber. A treatment system comprising the chamber is also disclosed.Type: GrantFiled: October 27, 2010Date of Patent: May 16, 2017Assignee: GROUPE MEDICAL GAUMOND INC.Inventors: André Dubois, Richard Langlois, Claude Gaumond

Patent number: 7350264Abstract: A vacuum sweeper vehicle has a sweeper body including a frame. A pair of front wheels are supported by an axle apparatus at a forward end of the sweeper body. The axle apparatus is constructed to provide a space between the front wheels. A pair of rear wheels are supported at a rearward end of the sweeper body. A container is coupled to the sweeper body for receiving debris. A suction hose extends between the container and a vacuum nozzle proximal a forward end of the body. The suction hose extends through the space between the the front wheels. A suction device draws the debris from the nozzle, into the container, and a brush coupled to a forward end of the sweeper body sweeps debris from a ground surface.Type: GrantFiled: November 6, 2003Date of Patent: April 1, 2008Assignee: Madvac Inc.Inventors: Marc Bedard, Andre Dubois

Publication number: 20050196257Abstract: A roadway marker transferring device for a vehicle having a longitudinal axis is provided. The device comprises a support for mounting the device on the vehicle and a transferring member connected to the support. The transferring member comprises a first end and a second end with a transferring section therebetween, the transferring section being at an oblique angle relative to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle. Upon movement of the vehicle, the first end engages the roadway marker at a first position on the roadway, the transferring section then engages and transfers the roadway marker towards the second end of the transferring member wherein the roadway marker is afterwards released at a second position on the roadway.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 5, 2004Publication date: September 8, 2005Applicant: Trafic Innovation Inc.Inventors: Carl Villeneuve, Andre Dubois
