Abstract: An approach is provided for enabling a contextual query based on visual elements and user input in augmented reality at a device. The approach includes a method for receiving at least one input specifying content information, wherein the input is received via at least one user interface presenting image data. The method further includes processing and/or facilitating a processing of the image data to cause, at least in part, an identification of one or more visual elements. The method also includes causing, at least in part, a construction of at least one query based, at least in part, on the content information and the one or more visual elements.

Abstract: A method, apparatus and computer program product are provided to cause a visual representation of a plurality of objects representative of respective physical structures to be provided with the height of at least one of the objects being modified, thereby visually accentuating the object(s). In regards to a method, one or more objects representative of respective physical structures are identified from among a plurality of objects. The plurality of objects therefore include first object(s) that were identified and second object(s) that were not identified. Each object has an associated height. The method may also modify the height associated with at least one of the objects such that a height differential between the first objects and the second objects is altered. The method may also cause a visual representation of the plurality of objects to be provided with at least one of the objects having a modified height.
