  • Publication number: 20250327541
Abstract: A coupling bushing having a bushing body and a retainer. The bushing body includes a head portion and a sealing part. The head portion and the sealing part are manufactured separately from each other and are connected to each other at an angular position in a circumferential direction via a joint. The coupling bushing comprises a securing part for connecting the head part and the sealing part. The securing part defines an axially locked state in which the head part and the sealing part are axially locked to one another by the securing part. The coupling bushing is designed such that the establishment of the axially secured state is decoupled spatially and/or temporally from a tangential securing of the connection between the head part and the sealing part.

  • Publication number: 20250092915
Abstract: A coupling bushing including a bushing bodyhaving a sealing groovewith a groove base and an inner groove wall as well as an outer groove wall. The inner groove wall and/or the outer groove wall here have at least one point, whose complete circulation as viewed in the longitudinal section of the coupling bushing at least sectionally deviates from a perpendicular to the middle axis (M). The bushing body comprises a head part and a sealing part, wherein the head part and the sealing part are manufactured separately from each other and connected with each other. The sealing part has the groove base and the inner groove wall. The coupling bushing comprises a decoupling ring, wherein the decoupling ring is manufactured separately from the head part. The decoupling ring forms at least one section of the outer groove wall with at least a portion of its rear side.

  • Publication number: 20240218950
Abstract: A line connector for fluidic coupling with a complementary line connector comprises a connecting body. A valve is arranged in an internal channel, wherein the valve has a valve guide, an axially movable valve body, and a valve seat. The valve guide defines the movement direction of the valve body, wherein the line connector is designed such that the valve body rests in a fluid-tight manner on the valve seat in a locked state of the valve. It is provided that the valve seat has at least one flow aperture which in cross section deviates from a circular shape arranged concentrically with respect to the central axis M, and/or the valve guide is mounted to slide axially in a guide receptacle of the valve seat.

  • Patent number: 8757668
Abstract: A connector for connecting at least two receptor modules for a liquid medium, wherein the connector has a first connection end for the connection to a first receptor module and a second connection end for the connection to a second receptor module. The connector has a pressure equalization chamber between the first and second connection ends, in which a compressible insert is disposed. The compressible insert lies in part against the interior wall of the pressure equalization chamber. A least one longitudinal channel for a fluid communication between the first and second connection ends is provided between the interior wall of the pressure equalization chamber and the compressible insert. The compressible insert can be compacted as a result of a volume expansion of the liquid medium due to temperature conditions.
