Abstract: The invention relates to substituted pyrazolo piperidine carboxylic acids, their salts and to processes for their preparation, and also to their use for preparing medicaments for the treatment and/or prophylaxis of diseases, in particular cardiovascular and cardiac diseases, preferably heart failure with reduced and preserved ejection fraction (HFrEF, HFmrEF and HFpEF), hypertension (HTN), peripheral arterial diseases (PAD, PAOD), cardio-renal and kidney diseases, preferably chronic and diabetic kidney disease (CKD and DKD), cardiopulmonary and lung diseases, preferable pulmonary hypertension (PH), and other diseases, preferably neurodegenerative diseases and different forms of dementias, fibrotic diseases, systemic sclerosis (SSc), sickle cell disease (SCD), wound healing disorders such as diabetic foot ulcer (DFU).

Abstract: Cargo shelves and modular cargo shelf systems for passenger vehicles are provided. A cargo shelf can include three horizontal sections, two of which can be connected by a vertical section, and two of which can be connected by an angled section. The cargo shelf can have rails on a first side and a cushion on the opposite side. The cargo shelf can further include handles on opposite ends thereof. A modular cargo shelf system can include at least one cargo shelf and at least one click and lock module configured to be removably inserted into the rails of the at least one cargo shelf.

Abstract: Provided are modular cargo storage systems for passenger vehicles, as well as methods of using the same. A modular cargo system can include a plurality of rails each having a plurality of slots at a lower portion thereof, as well as a plurality of click and lock modules, which are a type of removable fastener that can be squeezed to fit inside one of the rails and released to be removably secured within a slot position of the rail. The click and lock modules can be placed as desired within the rails, and within the slots of the respective rails as desired, and stretchable bands can be connected to the click and lock modules as desired in order to customize the storage capability of the modular cargo storage system.

Abstract: Charging stations for electric passenger vehicles are provided. A charging station can have two levels to accommodate passenger vehicles, with multiple spaces on each level. At least one of the spaces can be a charging platform that can charge an electric passenger vehicle located thereon. The charging station can be mobile, for example, by having its main body structure be sized such that it can be transported via a tractor trailer or other large transport vehicle.

Abstract: Systems and methods for viewing, observing, and/or monitoring a second row of seats in a vehicle are provided. A camera can be disposed in the second row of seats, near the rear of the vehicle, and can be forward-facing or generally forward-facing. The camera can provide a live video feed to a display located on the instrument panel in the front row of the vehicle.
