  • Patent number: 11342610
Abstract: An accumulator arrangement for a hybrid or electric vehicle may include a plurality of battery cells stacked in a stacking direction to form at least one battery block, and a housing including a support frame limiting the housing towards an outside on four sides. The support frame may include at least two longitudinal members and at least two cross members perpendicularly aligned with one another. At least one longitudinal member of the at least two longitudinal members may be configured to conduct a coolant. The at least one battery block may abut against at least one of (i) the at least one longitudinal member and (ii) at least one of the at least two cross members to transfer heat. A plurality of connection points of the at least one longitudinal member, through which the coolant is flowable, may be configured on an outside of the support frame.

  • Patent number: 11145918
Abstract: A battery system for an electric vehicle may include at least one battery module, which may have a plurality of battery cells in a module housing, and a system housing, which may have a separate receiving space for each battery module, which may be delimited by two support walls that run parallel to one another and may be spaced apart from one another, and into which the respective battery module may be inserted. The module housing may have two housing walls, which may run parallel to and may be spaced apart from one another, and which may be each supported in a planar manner with an outer side on an inner side of the respective support wall. The respective support wall may have at least one cooling duct for guiding a coolant, and, on its upper or lower side, screw openings, into which screws may be screwed. The module housing may have screw flanges complementary to the screw openings comprising through openings, through which the screws may be guided to fix the respective screw flange to the support wall.

  • Patent number: 10953758
Abstract: A rechargeable battery arrangement for an electric or hybrid vehicle may include a plurality of battery modules and a module connector arrangement electrically contact-connecting adjacent battery modules when in a switching position and electrically separating the adjacent battery modules when in a basic position. The module connector arrangement may include a plurality of module connectors each secured to a respective battery module and including a positive pole contact element and a negative pole contact element. Each respective module connector may be secured to a respective battery module and may include a guide device. The guide device may include an actuating. At least one of a positive pole contact element and a negative pole contact element of a battery module is electrically interconnectable to at least one of the positive pole contact element and the negative pole contact element of an adjacent battery module when the actuating element is actuated.
