  • Publication number: 20180261348
Abstract: Neutron and proton generating processes consist in a thermal neutrons generation process arising in particular circumstances after destabilization of a coherent electrons beam wherein electrons have a minimum carrying-energy of 1.022 MeV; a thermal protons generation process arising in particular circumstances after destabilization of a coherent positrons beam wherein positrons have a minimum carrying-energy of 1.022 MeV; and a stochastically equal numbers of thermal protons and neutrons generation process arising in particular circumstances after destabilization of a coherent electromagnetic photons beam wherein photons have a minimum energy of 1.022 MeV. Large amounts of residual energy and metastable partons would be produced during each process.

  • Patent number: 6366654
Abstract: A method and apparatus for conducting a multimedia telephone call. The apparatus carries out the method by establishing a telephone call between first and second customer premises equipment and generating, at the first customer premises equipment, a frequency shift keyed message containing a network resource locator. The FSK message is then transmitted from the first customer premises equipment to the second customer premises equipment during the telephone call and is received at the second customer premises equipment.

  • Patent number: 6304651
Abstract: A method and system for downloading a file to a subscriber telephone. The system includes a modified ring access server for producing a modified ring access message including a first network resource locator, a central office service unit for producing a modified ring access connection message including the first network resource locator, in response to the modified ring access message and for representing the modified ring access connection message by an FSK message, a central office switch operable to establish a connection to the subscriber telephone in response to the modified ring access connection message and for transmitting the FSK message to the subscriber telephone, a first network resource operable to provide the file to the subscriber telephone and a remotely configurable subscriber telephone operable to receive the FSK message and to download the file from the first network resource in response to the first uniform resource locator.

  • Patent number: 4197563
Abstract: The invention comes within the field of magnetic recording. A method of ontating and fixing in a determined direction magnetic particles contained in a polymerizable ink (2) spread on a support (1), characterized by the following operations; the support is conveyed towards a zone (5) subjected to a magnetic field whose orientation and direction are adjusted as a function of time in accordance with the message to be written, the support passing through the zone at an adjustable speed, and while the support is passing therethrough, the ink deposited on it is polymerized by means of ultraviolet radiation from a lamp (10) which reaches only a part of the zone submitted to the magnetic field, said part corresponding to that through which said inked support last passes. The invention applies in particular to identity documents.

  • Patent number: 4180837
Abstract: The invention relates to a magnetic coding method. It is characterized by e superposing of a first binary message at a given frequency and a binary message at double frequency in space phase. Application to credit cards with a magnetic track.

  • Patent number: 4158862
Abstract: Permanent magnetic recordings are made by orienting the magnetic particles f a polymerizable ink in a first direction, then selectively polymerizing the ink to fix some of the particles in the first direction. The remaining particles are then oriented in a second direction and the previously unpolymerized portions of the ink are polymerized, while the ink is kept in a magnetic field tending to orient the particles in the second direction to prevent the particles fixed in the first direction from blurring the magnetic pattern before the polymerization is effective to lock it in completely. Such recordings are particularly useful for ID cards.

  • Patent number: 4037703
Abstract: A device enabling blocking of a slot formed in a wall separating two medi and the free access, in the open position, from one medium to the other, of a flat object, characterized in that it comprises a cylindrical element pivoted about its axis placed in front of the said slot, having an elongated radial opening therethrough, the said cylinder being provided with a drive member for rotating the same and a position control for stopping said cylinder in predetermined positions.
