  • Patent number: 7775412
Abstract: A nail is held within a cylindrical nail receiver by a magnetized tip of a cylindrical driver rod. As the driver sleeve is moved toward a surface, the driver rod drives the nail into the surface leaving a predetermine space between the head of the nail and the surface. A coil spring, attached to the nail receiver and allows for the nail receiver to be adjusted for several nail lengths thus allowing for an accurate placement of the nail against the wall. The nail receiver is interchangeable to allow use of the device with nails and anchors of differing diameters.
