  • Patent number: 11994022
Abstract: An electronic system is capable of assuming the role of master module before the proprietary module of the manufacturer of the SCP system, in the absence of a response to the first request from the supervisory system, or when the proposed module detects that the original module is inappropriately carrying out the PCM signal decoding. The system is further capable of monitoring new variables available at the bottomhole, regardless of the limited set of variables provided by the original module of the SCP system.

  • Publication number: 20240135707
Abstract: To determine the head pose of a user, a head-mounted display system having an imaging device can obtain a current image of a real-world environment, with points corresponding to salient points which will be used to determine the head pose. The salient points are patch-based and include: a first salient point being projected onto the current image from a previous image, and with a second salient point included in the current image being extracted from the current image. Each salient point is subsequently matched with real-world points based on descriptor-based map information indicating locations of salient points in the real-world environment. The orientation of the imaging devices is determined based on the matching and based on the relative positions of the salient points in the view captured in the current image. The orientation may be used to extrapolate the head pose of the wearer of the head-mounted display system.

  • Patent number: 11951579
Abstract: A device for cooling and lubricating a tool during a chip removal machining process, which includes: a first subsystem for cryogenic cooling that includes: a first entry configured to introduce CO2 in liquid state in a first conduit of the device; a first exit configured to supply CO2 in liquid state from a second conduit of the device; a third conduit located between the first and second conduit; and means for preventing the formation of dry ice in the first, second and third conduits; and a second subsystem for lubrication that includes means for supplying micro-particles of a cutting oil in liquid state; wherein the first subsystem and second subsystem are independent from each other, and wherein the first subsystem and second subsystem are configured to act either simultaneously or either one alone. Method of operation of the device.

  • Patent number: 11939865
Abstract: A method for the identification of operational problems in wells that produce by gas-lift, including allowing the hydrodynamic evaluation of the well/lines set by injection of at least one alcohol in the gas-lift line, collecting samples at the well sampling point, and detecting alcohol passage and return by direct analysis of information about process variables provided by the well instrumentation.

  • Publication number: 20210156532
Abstract: The invention relates to an encapsulated LED strip without a power supply, allowing same to be connected directly to an alternating current supply grid, said strip being connectable to alternating current and comprising a laminar support to one or both faces of which LEDs are attached, a cover that completely surrounds the support with the LEDs, a connector connected to one end of the support followed by at least one conductive cable, further comprising a rectifier circuit and a current stabilizer.

  • Publication number: 20210025555
Abstract: The invention relates to a LED strip with discontinuous illumination which does not break when bent, folded, or bowed, thereby providing correct illumination, even when bent, folded, or bowed. Said LED strip comprises at least a first section, in turn comprising a laminar support on one or both faces of which LEDs are attached, and a second section comprising at least one conductor connected to the first section, such that said strip can be bent, bowed, or folded by the second section in the same plane as that of the laminar support.

  • Patent number: 10311863
Abstract: There is provided a system including a microphone configured to receive an input speech, an analog to digital (A/D) converter configured to convert the input speech to a digital form and generate a digitized speech including a plurality of segments having acoustic features, a memory storing an executable code, and a processor executing the executable code to extract a plurality of acoustic feature vectors from a first segment of the digitized speech, determine, based on the plurality of acoustic feature vectors, a plurality of probability distribution vectors corresponding to the probabilities that the first segment includes each of a first keyword, a second keyword, both the first keyword and the second keyword, a background, and a social speech, and assign a first classification label to the first segment based on an analysis of the plurality of probability distribution vectors of one or more segments preceding the first segment and the probability distribution vectors of the first segment.
