  • Patent number: 12159400
Abstract: A real time assay monitoring system and method can be used to monitor reagent volume in assays for fluid replenishment control, monitor assays in real-time to obtain quality control information, monitor assays in real-time during development to detect saturation levels that can be used to shorten assay time, and provide assay results before the assay is complete, enabling reflex testing to begin automatically. The monitoring system can include a real time imaging system with a camera and lights to capture images of the assay. The captured images can then be used to monitor and control the quality of the staining process in an assay, provide early assay results, and/or to measure the on-site reagent volume within the assay.

  • Patent number: 12037411
Abstract: The protein known as human epidermal growth factor 2 (HER2) is expressed in breast cancer cells and its expression is correlated with aggressive tumor growth. The present invention provides novel full-length human (IgG) antibodies that bind to human HER2 (monospecific antibodies) or to APLP2 (monospecific antibodies). The present invention also provides novel bispecific antibodies (bsAbs) that bind to both HER2 and APLP2 and mediate internalization and degradation of HER2 via the APLP2 complex in the presence of HER2-expressing tumors. Described are bispecific antigen-binding molecules and ADCs comprising a first antigen-binding domain that specifically binds human APLP2, and a second antigen-binding domain that specifically binds human HER2.

Abstract: A housing part, in particular a lower housing part, of an energy storage housing, has two mutually spaced longitudinal elements which run in parallel with one another and extend in a longitudinal direction. The longitudinal elements are connected at end faces via transverse elements. A planar base element is fastened to the longitudinal elements. The longitudinal elements have contact regions which are oriented towards the base element, by which contact regions the base element is fastened to the longitudinal elements.
